Perfect location + wonderful stay!

This beach house is in the perfect spot, minutes away, between PCB and Panama City. The home was just as amazing as advertised. There were also beach items and wagon, games, stuffies, and children’s books for the kids - they were a hit! We truly enjoyed our stay, and we plan to book again next time!

Great vacation getaway

We will definitely rent this again. Very quiet, clean with everything we needed. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and there is a walking trail a block away which we loved. Easy access to what we where we wanted to go.

We were very impressed with the property. Completely furnished and pretty well maintained. The communication with the property management was excellent. The only downfall were the cameras on the porch and in the garage. That is a little intrusive. I understand why they have cameras but those areas should not be allowed. Felt like we were being watched and listened to.

Very nice, clean home. The beds were good, nice back yard for the dogs. Everything very clean and kitchen well stocked. The washer and dryer were very nice as well. Overall, good experience.

Best VRBO I’ve had!

I’m so glad we found this little gem. We were traveling with our family and dogs so we wanted something away from party central zone. This home was so perfect and I cannot wait to rent it again! It it’s less than ten minutes to the beach but in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The check in process was a breeze and I really appreciated the check in and check out instructions that were provided. The home was super clean and nice. I checked out the back yard before letting the fur babies out but there was nothing to worry about! There are no gaps under the fence and the yard was clean with no sand spurs. I really appreciated the furniture on the back porch. It was perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and relaxing late at night after getting back. There were even hangers in the closet so we could hang our clothes and a nice coffee maker and blender to make our protein shakes. The outside was well lit and even had motion lights on the fence for when the dogs went out at night. My only small issue was I felt it was a bit much asking that we put the dishes away from the dishwasher after cleaning them. We ended up having to hand wash everything that morning because I’d overlooked that. Communication with management was super easy and overall we really had no issues. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

Lovely spacious

We throughly enjoyed this spacious comfortable home. Very clean, well payed out and adaptable for handicap person. All the necessities of home. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient quiet location.
