This super-cute 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach-front condo sleeps 5 guests comfortably and is perfect for a beach getaway. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a closet, and easy access to the bathroom. Down the hallway is a tucked away bunkbed perfect for the little ones. In the living room you have a sofa which also turns into a pull out bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV, a dining table, and access to your private balcony overlooking the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The fully stocked kitchen has all white appliances and will fill all your needs for cooking up a good meal. The balcony has seating to accommodate 4 guests and is a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset. There are 4 dinning chairs and 2 saddle kitchen bar stools for 6 total dinning. The condo is newly painted and the flooring is new as well.

Emerald beach has some very unique amenities which include the Bar/Restaurant that is located in the cross over from our huge parking facility. We also have an elevated Gulf-front deck with two tropical pools overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing spas, a children's water play area, a poolside hot tub, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and a giant chessboard and a game room.

Located within two miles for all those who love Super Target! Not to mention going to the movies at the Grand Theater. Dillards, Old Navy, Victoria Secret and all those great beach shops you don't have at home! Great eateries like Five Guys Burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings... Restaurants like Margaritaville, The Back Porch, and much more! Super Walmart and Pier Park North, and Dave and Busters.

Parking Notes: After March 1, 2026 resort is starting online parking registration. $25 per vehicle or motorcycle. Max of 2 vehicles. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6'4" on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for over-sized vehicles. Oversized vehicles and trailers have to get authorization from resort for parking. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rent-able Mini Vehicles, or Boats allowed on property.

Perfect Beach Trip

We had a great family vacation staying here. This condo was very thing we needed, and the location was great. We loved the giant family games located at the pool(chess, checkers, connect 4, ping pong, cornhole, ect...). With an add on Bonus of Free Adult tickets and discounts on lots of fun activities. It was also great to have our check-in done before hand so we didnt have to check-in when we arrived. Four Star Management Company was absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here again. Our stay here was also 100% Kid Aproved.

Great location comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing we spent many hours out there. So quick and easy to get to the beach where you could rent chairs and umbrellas or schedule a dolphin tour or jet skis! You could walk to many restaurants and shops plus there was a convenience store just across the street for snacks and drinks. The kids loved the onsite Starbucks and ice cream. The condo was clean and comfortable plenty of room. There were three of us but would have easy accommodated 6. Only thing I felt was lacking was dish soap, salt and pepper! There was detergent for the dishwasher but nothing to the dishes by hand.

Everything was lovely. From the condo to the view to all the surrounding spots was great. Only thing the condo should've had more towels. It was 5 of us and there were only set of towels for 4 people.

OK, but minor disappointments

Pros: The 23rd floor view is amazing. The doorlock/keypad worked flawlessly. The condo provided the essentials. Bed was comfy. Cons: Coffee table was extremely wobbly due to a screw being loose. No childproof lock on the patio door. The TV was very old (not smart TV) and would cut in/out making it impossible to watch TV. The TV remote did not work so we had to use the buttons on the side of the TV to change channels/volume.

Communication

First I tried communicating with the property manager to see if we could move the dates. Because we would be riding motorcycles and the weather was bad. We were very flexible on dates even offered to pay to move the dates. We received one response. Then they would not answer anymore. Then we showed up the listing said 3 bedroom and it was only a 1 bedroom. They said they could give us a refund but we would not be able to use the room. Had to pay more money to be moved to a 2 bedroom. We even tried calling to work things out. Was told the only person that could make decisions was not in and would not be back till after our stay. This is a very bad property management company as far as customer service goes.
