Non uno ma due spaziose camere da letto matrimoniali anteriori sul golfo e un ampio soggiorno con vista sul golfo. Sono disponibili tre camere da letto totali e 3 bagni completi e i proprietari non hanno risparmiato alcuna spesa per rendere questa proprietà la scelta del viaggiatore esigente che apprezza la qualità e l'eleganza. Aqua è il resort più esclusivo per PCB con più piscine all'aperto e al coperto, vasche idromassaggio, fontane e tonnellate di spazio per prendere il sole e divertirsi. perché vuoi questo condominio. Cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e una normale caffettiera. 21 ° piano. Sopra il rumore della strada. Nessuna zanzara, nessun rumore, solo tu, il surf e i tramonti. This was our second year staying in this condo. As always, it was clean and comfortable. The resort facilities were clean and the beach service was great! The kids loved the Xbox that was provided. Warren Beach Rentals made check in and check out easy and seamless, providing all the information needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything we needed right there

Condo had two pools, water easy on the skin/eyes, plus indoor section of pool and hot tub. Beach easy access, chair/umbrella setup super easy, jet ski was decent price for half hour right there too. So many grocery and restaurant options within a mile. Great options walking distance. Condo well stocked kitchen nice bedrooms, solid furniture, comfortable balcony. Balcony/view never gets blazing direct sun.

Location, Location, Location

The Aqua is in a great location to walk just about anywhere for food and shopping. The pools, deck, and beach chairs were a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The kitchen had all of the tools for cooking but didn't have basics like salt & pepper, foil, or plastic wrap. We did our shopping before checking in, so be prepared to buy everything you like to cook with. Overall, we enjoyed the place and having 3 bathrooms is a plus with 3 women. Would stay again.

Perfect!

Beautiful, spacious, beautifully decorated condo in an incredible location! Walking distance to many ships and restaurants. You can't beat have beach chairs and umbrellas included. Great pool. Great view. Great response tecting with booking agent. The app can be a little confusing so be sure to text with questions if needed!

Breath Taking View, Modern with Amazing Location

Spacious, modern and well appointed condo with stunning views of the emerald coast. Plenty of room for everyone on the amazing balcony. The pool, spa and beach access are very nice. The condo is located within walking distance of so many great amenities.

Great vacation property

Flew in from PA. Condo was ready and clean. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Kids room was quite large and balcony furniture cozy. Was a great property for the week. Nice view and loved having the beach chairs! Would definitely recommend this unit!! All areas very spacious. Was a great week!

Very nice condo with great pools and beach

A wonderful beach condo

We loved our week at Aqua-2102. It is a beautiful condo and perfectly located. It’s close enough to walk to great restaurants and wonderful shopping but far enough away from the craziness of Spring Break. We absolutely loved being on the 21st floor. While sitting out on the balcony we had a perfect view of the fighter jets flying by while training and on the last day we saw a BALD EAGLE fly by about 20 ft in front of the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View

We had an amazing stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The unit was clean, just what we needed and supplied what was needed to cook an enjoyable Thanksgiving week. The ocean view from the balcony melted the stress and created an awesome back drop to wonderful Thanksgiving dinner experience for which we are grateful.

Family getaway to the beach

Condo was in perfect shape. Lots of space for the family and the views were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet - could not here neighbors. Would recommend others not to forget the binoculars to dolphin watch at night on the balcony. Would recommend this condo without reservation.

Perfect Size, Perfect View & Perfect Location!

Our family of 4 visited during the 1st week of May which was also Bike Week. We were able to walk to Pier Park and Sharkeys! Such a great trip, this oceanfront condo was the perfect size and very clean as well!

Wonderful unit beautiful furnishing. Cannot beat the location. I would have given it a 5 star but the house keeping company did not clean very well. Trash under bed , soiled linens in 3rd bedroom and toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. The management responded very quickly to resolve concerns but I had already begun cleaning, , yuk

Calm and Cold

This was our first Christmas away from home. Thinking we were going to warmer waters in Panama City Beach we were mistaken. The arctic blast of 22 hit there as well and most of the week was cold however sunny. Our stay did have a hiccup as we had to change resorts a week or so before leaving. Luckily the property manager at Warren Beach Rentals was quick to assist and setup before our stay. Condo was setup perfectly for our family of 5 with plenty of room and beautiful ocean front view. Our stay at the Splash Resort was very nice the entire week. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the cold weather and the beautiful clear waters did not disappoint. Hope to see you guys in the future.

Very nice condo and stay

This was a beautiful condo in a nice property. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, and it was well supplied with high end furnishings and kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking tools etc. A lot of rental units cheap out on these and this condo did not, we appreciated the quality of all the supplied items. The resort itself has very nice pools, and a poolside bar for yummy drinks. Staff was constantly at work mopping wet floors in common areas and keeping everything nice. They work hard. One thing to note, there is a bar across the street that plays very loud music at night. The back bedroom with the twin beds faces the street and it is very loud in that room until quite late at night. If you don't need to use that bedroom, this won't be a problem as you cannot hear that noise from the water side bedrooms. We would choose this condo again in the future.

Clean spacious condo with a great view

This condo was the cleanest we have stayed in! We loved how big and nice the bathrooms are. That was a big bonus for us. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The balcony has very comfortable furniture and a great view. Hardly heard the noise from the pool being so high. Storage in the kitchen and large fridge. You do have to be very careful with the doors. If they are open longer than a couple minutes the air shuts off and has to be reset. That was the only problem we had in the condo but staff was just a text away and easily walked us through the fix. There was a beach umbrella, some sand toys and chairs in the closet. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well. We really enjoyed this condo it was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom. TVs were nice and updated as well. The resort pools are very nice and leads out onto the beach. The rental chairs that are included are easy to ask for and simple process. There are stairs that lead down to the beach so if you are bringing a beach wagon that is a bit of a pain. We just carried ours up and down them. Live music some nights. Nice little pool side bar for snacks, drinks, and the bartender made our daughter a little drink as well which was sweet. The location is perfect. It's right behind pier park so quick access to shopping, restaurants, Walmart, and Target. Any hiccup we had the resort staff took care of very quickly. The parking garage is very easy to get in and out of and the breezeway is air conditioned. Overall it's great place to stay, the rental company is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. We would definitely stay there again!
