  • Don't Worry è una casa per le vacanze recentemente aggiunta in costruzione da Holiday Beach Development e sarà pronta per giugno 2020! Questa unica casa da sogno è composta da 8 camere da letto, 9 bagni e avrà una piscina, una sala giochi, una spiaggia e la cucina e la zona giorno si trovano all'ultimo piano!

    Don't Worry richiede un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti per tutte le prenotazioni.  Durante le date sottostanti aderiamo alle seguenti date di prenotazione.

    2020:
    Estate: 17 maggio - 15 agosto 2020 (sabato - sabato)

    Proprio quando entri nella porta, tutte le tue preoccupazioni sono scomparse. Camminando fino a casa, troverai le prime due camere da letto. Ciascuno con un bagno comunicante. Verso nord della casa, troverete la sala giochi che conduce alla piscina / spa con vista sull'oceano. 

    Proprio al secondo piano è il bagno padronale e padronale con vista sull'oceano. Questo piano comprende anche una zona soppalcata e un'altra camera da letto con bagno comunicante. Il primo set di lavatrice / asciugatrice su questo piano.

    Viaggia al terzo piano fino al secondo bagno principale e padronale con vista sull'oceano. Questo piano presenta altre due camere da letto, ognuna con bagno comunicante. Il secondo set di lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova al terzo piano. 

    Il quarto piano ha il layout unico con la cucina principale e la zona giorno. Guarda il tramonto nella posizione migliore. Avere una famiglia riunirsi, riunione, ricevimento di nozze con le spiagge di sabbia bianca e l'acqua cristallina sullo sfondo. Questo piano ospita anche l'ultima camera da letto, anch'essa con vasca da bagno comunicante. 

    Don't Worry si trova accanto a Beach Happy. Prenota ora e lascia alle spalle le preoccupazioni!

We had a great stay! The home was wonderful and had plenty of room for our family. We loved being right on the beach and the views were beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes but could have used some bigger pots and pans for a group like ours.

The property was amazing. The rooms were furnished with high end furnishings and very comfortable linens and pillows. The kitchen had more plates, cups and accessories than any other property I've ever rented. For the first time, I didn't have to get any additional cooking hardware from the store to make meals.Parking for 6 cars is great for a large group.The small pool is covered and came in handy the one day we had rain.Staff was out every morning setting up chairs and umbrellas for us on the beach.This area of the beach is not very crowded and our group had plenty of area to spread out right next to the water.Two refrigerators up stairs and another downstairs is great.Elevator takes some getting used to, but after reading the directions and being patient it worked just fine.

Great Del Smopper family beach week

Amazing beach house. Loved the layout. Beds were super comfortable. Elevator was great for the grandparents and for hauling stuff in and out. Easy walk out to the beach. Great having the chairs and umbrellas set up every day. No complaints from us!

Amazing property and hosts! We had a group of 19 and everyone had enough personal space. The location on the beach was excellent, out of the large crowds that can gather in July but yet only a few minute drive to the heart of the action around Pier Park. We always had beach chairs set up before we walked out to the beach for the day and took advantage of grocery delivery ahead of our stay. With the kitchen on the top floor, I would highly recommend it. The hosts were attentive to any and everything- I even sent a message in the middle of the day about the closest spot to go parasailing and they sent me a note back within a few minutes with a couple different options. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was 17 of us and it was the perfect size with ample room for all of us. The beach was beautiful and had the right amount of traffic for quiet relaxing times and beautiful for pictures. It’s not too far from activities. We went to do the dolphin jet ski tour at the Jetski Dolphin Adventures place on Bayshore Drive and had a great time with the staff and service. Definitely go check them out. The property management was very responsive when we needed anything and our chairs and umbrellas were always set out each day. The clear communication allowed us to plan ahead for necessities like paper towels and toilet paper. Just an amazing time overall.

We absolutely loved our stay at “Awave From It All”. The house was gorgeous! We had at total of 14 people and it was so nice for everyone to have their own spaces. We really loved how every room had its own bathroom. The elevator did take a little getting used to, but once we figured it out it was great! The pool was so nice! We were able to spend lots of time in it since it was heated to 85 degrees. We also enjoyed our time on the beach. It was so nice to have the four beach chairs and two umbrellas included. We loved how they were set up and taken down every day.The kitchen is really well stocked with lots of cookware. It was nice having the two fridges and the two dishwashers with all the people we had. We did cook breakfast most days and it was really handy. As a side note, if you stay here, remember to bring salt, pepper, spices. We just ended up buying what we needed at Walmart/Publix/dollar tree. The sunsets were just gorgeous and we even got to see dolphins multiple times. Our Christmas was truly magical at “Awave From It All”. We really love PCB and can’t wait for our next stay!!

Breathtaking views!

Breathtaking views both inside and outside. Great accommodations for all ages. Elevator was lifesaver for elderly and fragile. Creatively decorated with lots fun items. Heated pool and the pool table entertained young and old for hours.

Beautiful Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were some cleaning issues on the first day, but the property manager responded very quickly to assist us. The 4th floor kitchen and living areas are very spacious. The pool table on the 2nd floor provided a great hang out for the teens in our group. We would definitely stay here again!
