La casa si trova all'estremità ovest di Front Beach Road a Panama City Beach Fl. Dispone di 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Questa casa ha 2/2 nella casa principale, letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale con 2 letti queen nella seconda camera da letto la casa principale ha anche 2 divani letto che possono ospitare 10 nella casa principale. Un modo semplice collega 2 ulteriori camere da letto / bagno ciascuna con 4 posti letto, con macchina per il caffè. Lo splendido Golfo è visibile dalla maggior parte delle stanze della casa principale e ha una grande sala da sole che si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico. Questa casa è arredata con gusto con grande area di intrattenimento per famiglie, 5 TV a schermo piatto. ampie aree salotto, scendere dal portico posteriore sulla leggendaria sabbia di zucchero. La spiaggia è semi privata quindi molto poco traffico pubblico. Sarai spazzato via da tutte le cose che questa casa ha da offrire. Questa casa è ideale per grandi riunioni e privacy. Privatamente incastonato dietro il muro e le porte. Si trova anche a 35 minuti da Sandestin, Fl, e 8 miglia dalla bellissima spiaggia di 30-A. Una posizione perfetta per sfruttare al meglio la tua vacanza.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great great location! Direct beach access. Can also walk across the street to an ice cream shop, a bar/restaurant, and some souvenir shops. The set up is a little different (although most of this was described). You have two bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms that are separate, almost like a motel set up. The rooms did not have a mini fridge as stated in the description, and both rooms share an air conditioning unit which is located in the laundry room (also separate from main building). If you’re staying more than a few days, one of the main building rooms didn’t have a closet. The hot tub was a major perk. Nice views of the sunset while sitting in the hot tub. There are four beach chairs and an umbrella, which was nice, but just beware, the chairs sit very low to the ground. We brought a few of our own. Nice big TVs in every room but you have to have a password to add apps (my bedroom didn’t have directv app). If bringing pets, there’s very little space for them to use the bathroom unless you get out and walk them on a leash. There’s a nice walking area about 100 yards away. Would stay again for proximity to the water.

Wedding

This was the perfect house to host our beach wedding and reception. We rented the house for the week for all of our family and we had the best time. We enjoyed just being able to get up and walk out to the beach. The huge patio was perfect for our reception or to just sit outside and enjoy. Rachel and her whole team were wonderful to work with. Our emails were always answered quickly. If I ever need a house on the beach again, this would be it.

Epic wedding memories

My new wife and I both wanted our wedding to be small with our feet in the sand. We were able to accomplish this and relax some as well during our stay. The very short walk to the beach made it so easy. Even though the weather tried to challenge us some with wind, it turned our awesome. Anything that came up during our stay was handled or answered quickly. Location was perfect and it allowed a small group of my family to take part in a few days that we will always remember!

Lovely home with everything you could need to vacation including beach towels and really nice beach chairs. The kitchen is so functional for a large group and the beach access exceptional!

Needs a little TLC

I want to start off by saying the lady (I think her name was Raquel) that I communicated with the whole time we were there gets a 10! When we first arrived there was no internet or tv. She contacted the internet server immediately. The wires happened to be pulled out of the house connection. They told her it would be 3 days before they could send someone. She let them know that was not acceptable. They were there the next day. She checked on us all week. VERY NICE lady! Now I’ll start with the pros: Perfect location! The distant between the house and beach was very little! Only about 8 steps off the deck into the sand. The deck is huge, plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the pictures show that there is a “guest house” with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small “den” and laundry room. Sounds great but you have to go outside of each room to get to the other rooms. I did not feel safe with the children being in there by themselves. The closets were covered in mold. The shower in the master bedroom was nice but it has sliding glass doors with no barrier to keep the water from running out the shower into the whole bathroom. The other 3 bathrooms have about a 3’x3’ shower with mold on the walls and shower curtain. We had to do some house cleaning when we got there. Example-sweeping up leftover food on the floors. Cleaning the kitchen. The couch needs a DEEP CLEANING or thrown out. All the cons just need tending too. It did not keep us from having a good time.

Great House, Poor Management

This is a well appointed beachfront house. It is right on the sand with ample parking. I hosted a BBQ for family members who enjoyed the property and location. Our second day the toilet in the primary bathroom went out. I sent a video of the problem to Brookins(manager) and requested repair as this is the primary bathroom for guests to use. I was told the next day it was 'low priority' and 4 days later nothing had been done. This was disappointing. 4 out of 5 days in a rental down a bathroom. What would you have done differently?

Nice Beach Front Property

We had an amazing time and Raquel was very accommodating. We had some issues with the check-in as the alarm went off on us and the AC took some time to get the place back to comfortable temperature. Additionally, we set off the smoke alarm from the smoke caused by baking bacon in the oven. Unfortunately, the smoke was also tied to the alarm system so we could'nt turn it off and had to call Raquel for help with that as well. Besides these little nuances, we enjoyed the the humongous back patio and somewhat private beach. It's mostly houses there so you don't get the crowd most other areas have. I would recommend for those who want to reunions. It was nice that 2 or the bedrooms were separate from the main house. We were not aware of that when we booked the place. Nice to not have some space after a long day.

Beautiful beach home with amazing view!

Our stay was amazing! The view was gorgeous and so was the home. The guest bedrooms/bathrooms are rather small if you have multiple people staying but other than that, it's a great choice for a memorable vacation experience!
