Benvenuti a The Big Chill Panama City Beach in Florida!

Il Big Chill è direttamente sulla spiaggia. Non c'è niente tra te e l'oceano tranne la sabbia! Siamo situati nella tranquilla zona ovest di Panama City Beach. Siamo vicini al nuovo Pier Park e alla spiaggia di Rosemary.

The Big Chill è perfetto per riunioni di famiglia e divertimento. Ha un grande piano aperto ed è di 3000 piedi quadrati è arredata con gusto.

Il piano superiore dispone di due camere matrimoniali fronte mare, ognuna con un letto king size, TV e DVD, balcone fronte mare e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio, ripiani in granito, pavimento in travertino e cabina doccia. Al piano superiore c'è anche la camera da letto 3 con un letto a castello e un letto matrimoniale. Camera da letto 4 è una camera da letto matrimoniale, con balcone privato, TV e bagno comunicante. Questo bagno è in comune con la camera a castello e ha una seconda zona trucco separata con lavandino che può essere chiusa dalla vasca / doccia. Camera da letto 5 è al piano di sotto e ha un letto matrimoniale, TV / DVD, balcone privato e bagno comunicante. Questo bagno ha un piano in quarzo, pavimenti in ardesia e un bagno / doccia.

La principale area di intrattenimento ha due divani in pelle che possono essere convertiti in divani letto se necessario. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto da 50 'con stereo e DVD. Un camino a gas a vista è un'ottima aggiunta per le notti invernali più fresche. Il tavolo da cucina può ospitare 8 e il bancone del bar della cucina può ospitare altri 4. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici Dacor: piano cottura, doppio forno, cassetto scaldavivande e lavastoviglie.

Una piscina sulla spiaggia si trova a soli 50 metri di distanza lungo la spiaggia.

Perfect Beach Getaway for the Whole Family!We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our group ranged in age from 4 to 74, and the home had something for everyone.The house is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and immaculately clean. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space, yet plenty of common areas for meals, games, and quality family time. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for a large group easy, and we loved having our morning coffee with an ocean view.The proximity to the beach was a huge plus—just steps away, which made it super convenient for the kids and easy for the older adults to join without too much walking. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, and the sound of the waves made every evening feel magical.From beach chairs and toys to comfortable beds and outdoor seating, the house was well-equipped for a stress-free vacation. Everyone in our family had a great time, and we made memories we’ll cherish forever.Highly recommend this rental for any family or group looking for a relaxing, beachside escape!

Exceeded expectations

Gorgeous home. Beautiful interior and furnishings. Great location on PCB West - right on the beach with a close community pool. Near 30A without the hassle, traffic, beach rules. Clean and well stocked - We had a multi-family vacation here and had everything we needed. Kitchen had necessities to gadgets. Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family vacation. I was a hero for booking this spot. Would definitely book again. We also had shrimp boil from Squidlys that was great. Light-me-up bonfire that was a trip highlight.

Great house

Wonderful time our 2nd time staying here and as usual it was great. For future guests we bought beach chairs from Walmart had them delivered to house, and then just left them. 6 Chairs was the cost of one day rental. Just a thought. This house gives plenty of room for all, and love the 3 king beds!

We had 8 adults and 7 kids and this place was very comfortable for our group, very spacious and the ease of getting to the ocean and pool was great. The beach is not very busy in this location which was ideal for our group. It had everything you’d hope a beach house would have.

AMAZING!

This place was far beyond my expectation! Modern & clean. The location was perfect and the views were so beautiful. Close to the grocery store. We are a family of 15, so a 2nd refrigerator would have been helpful but might not be necessary for all who stay here. Also, we have a grandson with special needs so a gate would have helped at the deck. He was a little escape artist and loves the ocean! I would definitely rent this place again!

Great place! Great location!

7 ladies celebrating turning the big 6-0! We enjoyed this house so much! Beautiful decor, spacious living area and very large dining table to accommodate a larger crowd. A huge plus is the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. Maybe 1 was a shared. Easy access to be beach, and perfect gulf view! Shopping and grocery very close! Patio is also spacious with upper balcony and 2 masters is definitely a hit! The back door locks are a little tricky and not user friendly but the owners responded immediately late evening to help trouble shoot. Then sent maintenance out the next day! All in all it was great and we will be back!

Amazing house

Beautiful location on the beach. Even better in person than the pictures. House was amazing! Just grab your own bag of ice to use. Ice maker is slow but not a big deal at all. Our group had plenty of room and the views were beautiful. Saw dolphins swimming in the ocean.

The house is amazing! So beautiful and cleanest place we have ever stayed. View is gorgeous! Plenty of room for the whole family. Beds were so great I fell asleep almost instantly. Love this house and would definitely stay here again!

A Peaceful Beach and Pleasant Home You'll Love

We've come to the PCB area every other year for the past 10-11 years, and each time our family has grown, so we've had to find a new place to rent for the week. Big Chill 2 was the best of a long string of wonderful homes. It's one we'd love to return to in future years. We have 6 adults and 8 children, and everyone absolutely loved the accommodations. I loved the responsiveness and care of the owners. The large dining area, kitchen, and living room area was fabulous for meals, games, and conversation. The access to the beach, pool, and even tennis courts was very convenient. Feel comfortable to rent this place for your vacation, but just let us get into the rotation again in 2024.

First Family Vacation in a Long Time - It was fantastic!!!

My wife and I wanted to host a great vacation for our children and grandchildren as it was long overdue thanks to Covid. The location of this property is amazing. I grew up in Panama City and have stayed pretty much everywhere when we come back to the beach and this is by far the best location we have experienced. We loved the house as it had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. It is perfect for a large family. We had a couple of issues early on but Karen was very responsive to our needs and they were resolved to our satisfaction. Our family built lots of great memories on this trip and I would highly recommend this property!!!

Absolute Nightmare.. Stay Away!!!!

From the moment we walked into this house we have dealt with problem after problem. 1. House was disgustingly dirty. We spent over 2 hours cleaning. Food, plates, trash, dirt, sand ,dust under tables and all furniture. The pull out sofa must have never been cleaned. Still had old food folded up In it. The main rug in the living room was completely full of sand. We have videos of all this. All the furniture was covered in food and sand. 2. Black mold all over the place. All over vents in the ceilings and around water heater door upstairs. Completely disgusting. We have been breathing this all week. Mold in all 4 showers. 3. The air handler room upstairs is cover in inches of disgusting dirt and dust. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I have plenty of pictures and videos 4. The upstairs has not gotten below 80 the entire trip. It’s been miserable trying to sleep. We’ve had to go buy fans just to try to keep everybody somewhat cool down. Having only one return for the entire house is absolutely ridiculous!!! There’s no way this house will ever cool off like this. 5. 2 old disgusting towels per bathroom???? Really 6. Bugs bugs bugs. We have been attacked by bugs in the house all week. Bugs in the beds, in the bathrooms , crawling on the walls, and tonight was the final straw. The downstairs bathroom is completely infested with flying ants. 7. This house deserves less than one star. I cannot believe you have reviews like you do, they have got to be fabricated 8. Spent 45 min cleaning sand off the rear decks and rinsing off all furniture. Had not been touched from last guest. 9. Dryer takes forever to dry clothes because the vent going outside is completely full of lint and needs to be cleaned out. 10. Furniture is dirty with stains and dirt. Just gross to even sit on. 11. We haven’t been able to cook any meals ( not 1 meal) because the house is soooo stinking hot we don’t want to add any heat to it. 12. This has been just horrible!!

Beautiful views, great property, and on the beach!

We rented this lovely beach house for a week with our daughters, their husbands, and our five grandchildren. We never had to worry about finding a spot on the beach because it wasn’t crowded. There was a pool two houses down and the grandkids walked there sometimes when they wanted a change. We all boogie boarded and bodysurfed. So much fun! The property gave us plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren, ages 9-13. We cooked at home most nights but drove to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for dinner a couple of times. If I had one suggestion it would be to buy a bigger grill. We didn’t use it because we had too many people to cook for. We made great family memories here and would love to go back again.

Best beach house in which I’ve ever stayed

We had four adults and six teens stay in this home. The four older teens used the bunk bed room and had a great time rooming together. It was wonderful to be able to walk from the deck ramp to the beach! The only problem we encountered was the first night we stayed there. Someone tried to put rice in our gas tanks. This is not typical of the area, and nothing happened to our vehicles the other nights. Spring breakers had caused a lot of trouble the week before we arrived, and the police officer told us they had been dealing with all kinds of problems from them. The owner responded to my email regarding this immediately and stated nothing like that had ever happened before at The Big Chill. Thankfully, the rice did not get into any of our tanks. The beds were very comfortable, and there was enough room for the ten of us. Overall, we were very satisfied staying here.

Beautiful Home and Location

The house is very nice and comfortable. Beds and linens were comfy . Kitchen is well stocked and our family enjoyed our spring break together. A small thing but, towel bars and or hooks would be a benefit in the two upstairs bathrooms.
