BEACHside/POOL view - One Bedroom-1st floor condo!

BEACHSIDE and pool view. NOT BEACHFRONT. Only steps to the beach! No chores upon departure, no resort fees. JUST FUN. 1 bedroom condo is a bottom floor unit. Direct walk out access to the pool and only a few steps in your flip flops to the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV & ceiling fan. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners for your comfort. The perfect condo for a family of 5. There are grills by the pool.

We do have a security camera at the door entrance.
The space
When you arrive at the condo you will have keyless entry. The code will be given to you 1 week prior to your arrival. You walk into the condo which has an awesome view of the pool. As you walk down the hallway you will find the master bedroom with the king size bed and nautical decor. Then the full bathroom with shower and bathtub, nice size plush linens, blow dryer, makeup towels and a magnifying mirror. When you come out of the bathroom the full-size washer and dryer are right there for your convenience. Walk down the hall to the full kitchen on the right and the living room is straight ahead. There is a nice size patio with table to seat 4. You have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and canopies to take to the beach. Everything you could ever want.

WE PROVIDE LAUNDRY SOAP, DISH SOAP, DISHWASHER TABS, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, BODY SOAP, HAND SOAP, BEACH TOWELS, BEACH BAG COOLER, BEACH TOWELS, SUNSCREEN, ALOE VERA, BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOYS AND SO MUCH MORE. Those items that take so much space in your luggage.
Guest access
You will be provided with a parking pass. There is not assigned parking but ample of parking right outside your unit. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery stores and souvenir shops. Best part of the beach at the East end.
Other things to note
This is a unique unit of only 81 condos with a gated pool, coded beach access entry for the privacy of the beach for our guests. The beach is so nice and has plenty of space for our guests to bring your own tent and find your perfect spot on the beach.
