Il nostro condominio è un residence spiaggia tre camere da letto con due bagni che può ospitare fino a 8 comodamente perché tutte le camere e la zona giorno sono abbastanza grandi. Troverai meravigliose le vedute del balcone sulle spiagge più belle del mondo. Ci piace portare con noi il binocolo quando veniamo per goderci il caffè del mattino mentre guardiamo i delfini giocare nel golfo. Ci siamo assicurati che il nostro appartamento sia decorato per il massimo comfort. Volevamo creare la sensazione di casa in spiaggia. Volevamo anche rendere questa una casa lontano da casa. Per noi e per i nostri ospiti. Calypso si trova proprio di fronte al Pier Park, quindi puoi raggiungere questa mecca dello shopping e dell'intrattenimento senza salire sulla tua auto.

PCB Family of 5 Vacay

The condo served its purpose. Lot's of room. View of the ocean was gorgeous. Favorite part of the trip was sitting out on the balcony every day. King bed with memory foam topper in primary room, queen (but looked like a king) in 2nd bedroom, and bunk in 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, utensils and all needs for fixing a meal. We liked that we didn't need to check-in at a desk or office and could go straight to the condo. Cons: The numeric code to the door was a nuisance since it required one of us to have our phone out to open it each time which was a pain when juggling beach gear. Really wish we had key fobs. 3rd bedroom is tiny - think of a walk-in closet size. Youngest daughter slept on top bunk and said the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Furniture throughout the condo and rugs were very worn. Walls, doors, rugs and counters were dirty. Bathrooms very worn and water damaged. Primary room had toddler hangers for guests so we couldn't hang our clothes. The condo seemed in need of a lot of TLC. It's a great space, but really needs a refresh and someone that cares. Linen on the beds were white sheets and a "motel"-like brown blanket. Visitors should be aware that this is a 3-tower site with lots and lots of people. Elevators took forever due to so many people using them. Parking was a nightmare. Beach was very busy and crowded. Pool was also very crowded. Despite all this, we enjoyed our visit.

Was everything we were looking for: close proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants; bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have a space and room for all of our stuff; kitchen had what we needed for our lunches and breakfasts; and of course you can’t beat that beautiful view. It was a perfect 3-day visit! For those visiting for that amount of time, the start-up supplies were plenty for us. Although I was told they didn’t have a hairdryer on-site, I did see one in the master bath so no need to lug one if you need it. Loved that everything was texted to me for check-in and we could go straight to our place. Beach chairs were a great bonus and easy to reserve although know that they take your umbrella down at 4:30 and your chairs by 5:00. Would highly recommend to others.

Overall the condo served its purpose, a place to stay on the beach. Could use more of the basics, like hand soap, paper towels and TP. Also, air fresheners. It smelled like a Chinese restaurant.YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. They are not upfront about this, just incorporate this into the cost for the condo. BEACH CHAIRS - Really convenient. reserve your spots on day one.POOLS - Nice view with firepits during sun setBAR - SLOWWWW, crazy slow. 10 min for a mix drink...OVERALL - Its PCB, you get what you get. In your kids eyes, its fantastic! Ice cream, doughnuts, Pizza, Dave and busters, dolphin tours, jet skis etc. all within walking / short drive. Score 6/10

Simple getaway

Positives: The condo was in a great location with much to do in walking distance. Easy communication with the property owner. There were a few maintenance issues (dishwasher broke and leaked, some screws missing in outside chairs - almost fell through), but he sent someone right away to fix them. Lots of room for 6 people. Negatives: condo was not as pictured online. The beds do not have decorative bedding. They went to a triple sheet method of a sheet, a cheap very thin brown blanket, and another sheet. Pictures online need to be updated. Bring your own blankets for the beds to be warm. There were cleanliness issues. Every dish I pulled out was dirty. I ended up washing all the silverware by hand and all the plates and bowl, and the rusted baking pan. The coffee post was gross with some mold on the bottom. There is a large rug in the living room and bedroom that were way past their life expectancy. The one in the main bedroom looked like it had been drug through mud. It was absolutely filthy. I put towels over it afraid to walk on it barefoot. I reported it to the owner and suggested it be removed. For this condo, you will need to bring seasonings, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, coffee, body wash, etc…. I thought at least there would be salt and pepper and complimentary coffee, but none. Shop ahead of time. Overall. It was a nice stay.

This property was beautiful. Very clean, with all the extra touches. My only grievance would be the comfort level of the beds. While my daughter and her friend absolutely loved the soft plush foam topper to their bed; my husband and I did not. You could not lay anywhere in the bed without it sinking in and this was not good on the old backs. Other than that one item, everything was spectacular. The ease and convenience of booking and any communication was handled expeditiously. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay

This was our first time staying at this resort. The condo was very nice, parking was convenient. Location was perfect and an easy walk to Pier Park. Calypso employees were kind and helpful. The Emerald Hub was convenient for last minute meals and snacks. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect vacay stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so pleased with our accommodations! The layout of the condo with three bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our family. Everything was in good condition and very clean. The amount of startup supplies is very minimal, so be sure to hit the store for any essentials right away. Also, if anyone in your group is cold-natured, bring extra blankets. The proximity to the beach is great, as you are only an elevator ride and very short walk away. Be aware the included beach service is only for two chairs and one umbrella. Any you need beyond that can be rented for $60/ set (two chairs/one umbrella). You will definitely need to head down as early as possible to secure a spot closer to the water. Overall, great stay!!

Great place to stay

Our room was clean and exactly as stated on the website. Elevators were easy to catch, which is a big deal since I’ve stayed where that wasn’t the case. If I had one complaint it would be that we didn’t know ahead of time where the carts were kept to help unload our stuff. We had lots of items so trying to unload at the front of the building in 15 minutes was tough in the heat. The next day we happened to see them on the 3rd floor of the parking deck. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Calypso 1708E Worth EVERY Penny

The condo was absolutely beautiful and check-in was a breeze! The decor and layout was perfect and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. All 3 bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms were very large. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves at home as well with great appliances, granite, etc. We had 5 people staying (2 couples and our dad) and everyone loved it. The beds were amazingly comfortable, plenty of storage and seating too. The pools onsite as well as the tiki bar were added bonuses!!! If you have a chance to rent this property, would highly suggest it!

Everything was great, other than the unit could use a few extra blankets and a blow drier. Everything was in great shape, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and it was very clean! Thank you for a great vacation getaway!

Spring Break

Condo was clean and was perfect for spring break. Great proximity to restaurants, shops, activities, and the pier. Loved not having to drive to get to any of it. Lots of other families with teens for our social kid. Beach chairs were definitely helpful as the beach was full of other families on spring break. Check in was super easy and owner very responsive to questions. Even saw dolphins swimming early one morning from the balcony.

Fantastic Family Spring Break

This is a great place for a family stay. Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super easy. Great beach and plenty of places to walk too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing time at PCB and the condo was in the perfect location. We walked to the Pier which was only a few minutes walk and enjoyed dinner and shopping. The view of the beach off the balcony was superb and the pool was a great spot to soak in the sun. Checkin was easy and the unit was clean! We look forward to staying here again very soon!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. Our condo was centrally located, has easy access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The condo has a well furnished kitchen, beds are comfortable, and plenty of space for 8. We could have used a few more towels and blankets. Other than that we had an awesome stay.
