Unit is on the 28th floor. There were times when we had to wait five minutes for the elevator, but nothing horrible. Most people check in between 4 and 6pm, so elevators get jammed up at that time. Note that we travelled during the off season. I would not rent this same spot in the busy season for fear of getting stuck waiting on long elevator lines. Overall, the unit has great views and I liked the decorations and the many places for people to sleep. Three bathrooms is also very nice. That said, the sink in one of the bedrooms was messed up and never drained and the bathroom fan made an annoying clicking sound in the middle of the night that was noticeable every night to me and my wife. If you shut the door to the bathroom you can't hear it as much, but it was still annoying. These are small things though.The reality is, it's a 3 bedroom with three beds, two bunk beds and a pull out couch (which we didn't use). So, plenty of sleeping space. It's also very close to tons of restaurants and had easy parking access and handicap accessible elevators in the parking garage.
