Hopefully this company RealJoy will correct the problems with this property.Black mold in the bath tub jets, broken door lock which delayed us getting into the room until 12:15 am one night. The floor was so dirty that our white socks were dark brown with dirt after walking on the floor for a couple of hours. The property had no pantry to store food. The bedrooms had hardly any draws that were adequate for a families things. It struck me as designed and kept for frat parties or spring breakers. A family renting the place should beware.

We enjoyed!

We had a great stay. We had 10 in our family stay, and there was plenty of room to accommodate. Check in and parking was very easy. The condo was clean and supplied plenty of cooking utensils for us. Overall great stay!

Fabulous stay! Great to have 3 bedrooms with adult beds. The view was breathtaking.

Thank you for making this stay stress free and easy and going over beyond to personally send someone to our suite to program out TV to be able to watch the game!

This property needs to be taken off the market for 3 months and a deep clean, update, paint and refresh before ever being put back out for rental.Pros: Newish refrigerator and washer/dryer. Also the assigned parking spot is outside the parking garage which is nice for larger vehicles. Sadly that is all the Pros.....Cons: The place was FILTHY. Previous tenants greasy drawings and fingerprints on all the balcony glass doors, the jetted tub, had so much mold growing in the jets we didn't dare turn it on. In one bedroom the "extra pillows" in the closest were covered in mold/mildew where they had gotten wet (who knows how) and just shoved up in the closet. Guest bath #1 the tub floor was disgusting, Guest bath #2 the shower curtains and liner were covered in mold and mildew (luckily there was a spare under the cabinet so we changed it). The balcony chairs were covered in drink/food residue and so was the floor. One of the balcony can lights was hanging off the wall (and the wires were still live). The dishwasher gaskets were so torn that you had to put towels under it when you ran it to keep from flooding the kitchen. One guest toilet took 2 hours to fill (it took 2 days for this to fix this)- we just used the blender to fill water from the tub til they showed up (this was the ONLY issue we reported on the first night they addressed). All the dishes were nasty when we checked in we had to do 3 loads of dishes (many by hand) before we could eat our first meal.

We enjoyed our stay, however we were disappointed to learn that the pool would be closed everyday until 5:00. The elevators were super slow. Also the parking situation is the worst I’ve encountered in PCB just because it’s so small. Only one can park and the others have to park across the street. The loading and unloading process is difficult because of the lack of parking space. It’s not a deal breaker for us and we still enjoyed it.

Christmas Getaway

Our family of 5 and our friends family of 3 spent a week here for a New Year’s Eve softball tournament. Check in was a bit of a challenge as the check in email went to spam and we had to call for instructions. January was uncharacteristically cold for Florida and temperatures were below freezing and the heater in the condo was not working. I placed a call to the after hours maintenance line and received an immediate response. Temporary space heaters were delivered until the heater could be replaced the next day. The condo was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Despite the rocky start, we were impressed with how all issues were handled with great customer service!

Check in. And parking

When we got there we were looking as to where we checked in at. Called number for assistants said to just go to unit then was on phone with person trying to find parking space. Parking spaces are in NO king of order you may find slot number 1256 and all around it it my be slot 15, slot 1905 slot 78 in no kind of numerical order. It took us 45 minutes or longer to find parking slot then there was no space for 2nd car not even in overflow. Had to pay $12.00 a day for 2nd car and was told there was parking for two car and any more would have to pay. Do t count on getting more than one parking space. PARKING SUCKED. Condo itself was wonderful. Could not have ask for anything better.

Was a good stay

It was a good stay a few troubles with only having one elevator working in the building. we did know in advance other than that the kitchen supplies where a little short for my group there was no big pots. The patio furniture didn’t work right and leaned forward a little. But could still be used the salty air has paid it’s toll on them and the beds had sand in them. It is a beach front condo sand is not an easy thing to control. Like I said though these are all minor things we had a great time. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfect it wasn’t to crowded. From the balcony we could wake up and watch dolphins stingray various fish and even a few small sharks swim along the shore. While I was at the beach with my children swimming I watched a 3ft hammerhead swim between the shore and the kids. It was a beautiful thing especially since it paid them no mind and just swam through. Now my kids can say the have swan with a hammerhead shark. Mo Mo the beach hut attendant was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

Nice place

The location as a whole was great. The unit was spacious but the bedrooms appear much bigger in pictures. Everything was clean except the floors. They were DISGUSTING!!! Our feet were solid black 5 minutes after arrival. I was really sad about how poorly the kitchen was stocked. It had only 1 mixing bowl and only dollar store utensils. I couldn’t even whisk instant mash potatoes because it was so flimsy. If your condo holds 10 people it’s likely there will be cooking so I felt it wouldn’t hurt to have a decent selection of bowls, pots, pans and utensils. I brought extra linens which was amazing because there wasn’t one extra sheet or blanket there. The unit is located next to the elevators and there are 3 units on each floor so it has privacy. The couch and pillows need to be replaced immediately. You can feel the springs in the couch and sone of the pillows smell is of urine. I just hid them behind the chair. (Which is why a sheet would of been great) Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for our 10 people. I would stay here again but I would also suggest you tell your cleaners to do better on these floors and maybe invest $100 in the kitchen stock. As much as we paid for a condo that should be doable

Very disappointed

One elevator working! We were on the 19th floor with 3 kids! Our car was towed WITH THE PASS IN THE FRONT WINDOW! We forgot to put it in the window the night before, RealJoy called at 9am, my husband immediately went to put in window. But when we went in at lunch, it was gone! Spent a whole afternoon trying to get that settled! RealJoy kept telling us they were working with the HOA! They pulled the video and saw the pass in the window! The property mgr Phil, was hiding out in the basement and was very rude and not helpful! He called the towing company BEFORE giving us a call or chance to put it in the window . He blamed it on the HOA! We still don’t have our $170 cash only back! It’s a racket! The extra parking lot charged $12/day instead of $6/day as per our rental agreement! The room was nasty, found feminine products papers in the floor! The balcony doors would not lock! Lots of Bird poop on the balcony! WE WONT BE BACK THERE! I’ve been to PCB all my life and we’ve never experienced this! Very disappointed!

Great condo in a pretty good building

The condo was beautiful.😍 The high ceilings made it feel huge and eloquent The balcony was big and so nice. Bring blankets because there are more like sheets on the bed and no extras in the closet and there is no lock on the master bedroom so my kids are always walking in. 😩 The elevators were obviously an issue which we knew they would be but they were quick to fix when it had issues. One major inconvenience that I’ve never encountered at other places I’ve stayed was that the pool closed from 10 pm to 10am, which is normal, however the codes to the gate wouldn’t work during that time. We couldn’t go set our tents up in the morning before 10 and come back and wash sand from our feet then go thru the pool gate. We had to walk all the way out to the road and around to the parking lot. We are early risers so that was inconvenient, if you are not planning to be on the beach between those times it won’t effect you. Overall the condo we stayed in was lovely.

Great stay!

The only complaints we have are the parking and elevators. The parking was a complete nightmare & getting into a elevator to go to your room was almost impossible with all of the other 4:00 checks ins. The room was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again, despite the hassle with the parking and elevators.

It was perfect for us

The condo was in a perfect location, the view was amazing and the parking was optimal. The condo itself was spacious and definitely had enough room for our family of 10. I will say that it wasn't the cleanest, but that did not bother me at all, just wanted to mention if you're a super clean freak. The check in/out was so simple. We would definitely stay here again

It’s was good but not satisfying bcoz no coffee in there no toilet paper extra . Place was good

But whatever in picture not same like beautiful . So I m sorry but even once we reach the door code was wrong so in cold and windy we have to stand 15 20 min and I reach to Coustmer care so with kids it was hard for us . I m sorry if I wrote bad but not satisfied

Awesome stay

This place was great! I’m planning to use this place every visit! There were a couple of things out of the blue that happened but were no ones direct fault. The property was quick to respond to questions/concerns. Highly recommend Ocean Ritz!!
