    Benvenuto in Toes in the Water. Entrando in questa bella casa, si entra in un concetto aperto soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo con tutti i nuovi arredi. C'è anche una veranda davanti e TV in tutte le camere da letto.

    Il soggiorno ha posti a sedere peluche e offre una grande TV a schermo piatto, audio surround e lettore DVD. Il tavolo da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 7 con ulteriori 4 posti a sedere sull'isola. La cucina offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti gli strumenti necessari per preparare quel pasto perfetto.

    La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio, bagno privato con una grande vasca idromassaggio, una cabina doccia e doppio lavabo.

    Appena oltre la cucina troverete altre due camere da letto, la prima è una camera da letto per gli ospiti della regina con TV. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e accesso al patio posteriore. Entrambe le camere condividono un bagno completo con vasca doccia combo.

    Proseguendo lungo il corridoio troverete una camera da letto aggiuntiva con un letto matrimoniale con TV e bagno in comune con vasca doccia combinata.

Beach Dreamer was the perfect home for our 3 week stay. It was extremely clean and well appointed with all the things we needed. We especially liked the screen porch and the close proximity to the neighborhood pool. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to navigate and very dog friendly.

Open layout was conducive to accomodating the 6 adults and three children that stayed. The home was a good combination of accessible to shopping, eating and the beach. Would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for us, everything was clean, and property management was easy to get a hold of the one time we needed them. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Roomy and bright

This house had everything we needed; plenty of space for everyone, comfy and light-filled rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy access to the beach and shops, excellent management and communication. We are already planning another stay!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed layout of property and the location. Had to wait for cable and internet repairs to be completed one morning for several hours that were requested by previous guests which could have been better communicated by property management. Otherwise happy as usual with our stay at Seacrest Beach.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the location of the house. Close to pool and beach. Loved having the bikes for access and shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of space for everyone.

Great beach getaway

Our family was very pleased with this vacation rental. The unit was spacious and clean, and we love the location close to the Seacrest Beach pool. The tram to the beach was convenient and available whenever we needed. The property management team was friendly and responsive, and even came out on short notice one evening to replace a battery in one of the smoke alarms to allow us to get a good nights rest. The check-in process was quick and simple. One small recommendation would be to consider stocking a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods because we ate in quite a bit and ran out of these items. If the unit had a few basics like salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, or some Tupperware to store leftovers those would be nice conveniences that would make our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a fantastic community!

We were so impressed with this home and had a fantastic stay! We definitely hope to come back for our next beach vacation. The house is even more beautiful in person, and the layout is perfect for families. It feels so much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. The location is very convenient for accessing the neighborhood parks, pool and trolley stops to the beach. It's also easy to walk to the beach if you prefer. Parking is super easy and convenient too. The only snag we ran into was the back door code was different from the front door code we were provided. But the management company responded quickly after hours and resolved the issue in minutes. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but to be completely honest it was not our best stay/ experience in rental vacation home, and we do this quite often. The house was in a great location! Easy access to the beach and entertainment. In general the house was clean and was comfortable, but there were a few details, for example, the laundry room doors did not close, which wasn’t really that big of a deal. For a 1 week stay, we found it odd that we were given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, for example, in a house that is supposed to sleep 9 or 10? This was odd and weird, you would expect basic needs like this to be better covered. The house should also have some additional items in the closets like additional pillows or blankets maybe, just for a better experience for the guest. We really liked the app and how it had all the information we needed there. Overall we had a great time, but we did not love our stay.

It's very spacious plenty of room for everyone to sit together in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. My only complaint about the beds were the sheets not staying on. The corners pop off because of the mattress covers, they need to get the sheet clips that help keep them on. It was an easy walk to the pool, which was really nice! The beach is a bit far for walking, but the tram stop is almost right next to the house, which was very convenient, and worked out great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had such a great week!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to this area for 3 or 4 years now. It's gradually changing. Pool was crowded, security spent a lot of time blowing their whistles. That area of 30a has changed a lot in 3 years. It reminds me of a nicer version of Panama City Beach 25 years ago. Crowded, lots of young people drinking. Too many investors have bought and are doing the whole short term rental deal. I'm just an renter myself so I'm just making an observation. The property manager was a bit slow to respond via VRBO msg. Nice house all on one level and it was clean.

Also, new houses were being built next to and across the street from our house which was unfortunate in terms of noise and eyesore.

Several things could use improvement. Bedrooms only have blinds. Would be nice to have some kind of darkening or black out shades. It gets very bright at sunrise. They have no control over this so just an FYI. There are homes under construction next door and across the street so there is a lot of construction noise now and will probably be for the next 6-8 months. Hall bath shower drains slowly. Bikes need some maintenance. The bed sheets are very thin, low thread count and the fitted sheet corners slipped off continuously during the night while sleeping. We personally rent vacation properties often and we own some too. These are some things that are typically provided and we are used to seeing that were lacking. A bar of soap, not just body wash. More than 1 roll of TP per bath. Box of tissues per bath. 1 or 2 washing machine pods or detergent packets. Salt & pepper. At least 1 coffee filter per days of rental.
