Sleeping arrangements
Six guests sleep comfortably across two bedrooms and a bunk area. The master bedroom holds a king bed with gulf views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed with access to the second full bathroom. A twin-over-twin bunk bed rounds out the sleeping options, well-suited for younger guests. Fresh linens and essentials are provided throughout.
 
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and all the dishes and silverware you need. Bring groceries and cook at your own pace, then pull up to the dining table - or take it outside to the balcony with a Gulf of Mexico backdrop.
 
Outdoor living and resort amenities
From March through October, complimentary beach service is set up for you daily - two chairs and an umbrella ready and waiting at the water's edge. The resort facilities are available for guest use and include a pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQ grills. Paid parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles (one-time $35 fee plus tax due at arrival).
 
Extras that make the stay
Each day of your stay includes one complimentary ticket per guest to select local attractions: a sunset and dolphin cruise, mini golf, trampoline park, WonderWorks, and a Dave and Buster's Power Card. A washer and dryer are in the unit, and self check-in via keypad keeps arrival hassle-free.
 
Pet policy
One dog (30 lbs or less) is welcome per unit. A nonrefundable $300 pet fee plus tax is due at check-in.
