Questo CONDO FRONTE GOLFO si trova vicino a Rosemary Beach e vicino a tutto ciò che 30A ha da offrire.
 
Questo meraviglioso condominio sul golfo è davvero un gioiello!  Si trova tra Rosemary Beach e Alys Beach. "Beach Treat" è a soli 2 minuti a piedi o in bicicletta dai negozi e ristoranti di Rosemary Beach ea cinque minuti in auto dal sempre popolare Seaside.  È anche a pochi passi da Alys Beach. È proprio di fronte al padiglione Peddler di Seacrest. 
 
Venite a godervi i magnifici tramonti e vedute panoramiche sulle scintillanti acque verde smeraldo dalla cornice di questo bel complesso sulla spiaggia. La sua posizione nella gated community di High Pointe Beach Resort si trova su uno dei punti più alti del panhandle della Florida.  La comunità condominiale dispone di campi da tennis, un grande parco giochi per bambini, una griglia sulla spiaggia, un servizio di sedie a sdraio e una grande piscina in stile laguna con una cascata, un paesaggio lussureggiante e una vasca idromassaggio.  I bambini piccoli apprezzeranno la propria piscina separata poco profonda.  Bambini e adulti apprezzeranno il facile accesso alla spiaggia da questa posizione al piano terra.
 
"Beach Treat" è un bellissimo condominio spazioso situato nel posto perfetto per una vacanza perfetta.  La 3 camera da letto, 3 unità da bagno ha una camera da letto principale con un letto king size e un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e vasca da giardino.  La seconda camera da letto può ospitare 3 con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto.  Ha un bagno privato annesso con doppio lavabo.  I letti singoli si trovano nella terza camera da letto e questa camera ha un bagno completo, che si collega anche alla sala.   Un letto matrimoniale è situato nella zona giorno.  Le TV sono in ogni camera da letto e nella zona giorno.
 
Le aree soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina sono tutte spaziose e hanno una vista INCREDIBILE sul golfo dall'interno del condominio e dal patio.  Un ripostiglio contiene una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.  Un grande tavolo da pranzo ospiterà la tua famiglia e c'è un tavolo da gioco extra per puzzle e carte. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto per cucinare e servire, ed è stata recentemente aggiornata con nuovi elettrodomestici. Le principali aree di vita hanno un nuovo schema di colori e bellissima nuova stampaggio.

La tua famiglia trascorrerà una favolosa vacanza in questo condominio fronte golfo con le sue magnifiche viste sul golfo, la posizione al piano terra e la posizione su una verde collina erbosa che domina il golfo. Diventerà sicuramente il tuo luogo di vacanza preferito!

Love this resort, great condo too

This first-floor unit was great for the youngest group of our families. We have stayed at High Pointe for years, and enjoy its restaurant, pool, beach service, and beach very much.

Beautiful location, but for the cost it should be perfect. Many things were broken, shabby and just too old. Needs a serious upgrade. Closet doors cabinets and furniture are all broken or hard to manage. We had stayed in Miramar beach, half the price, and perfect condition Shame on you for letting it be it get like that!

Spring break stay

Great location and view. Safe.Wifi was working only in the living room/dining room. Old carpet and overall interior. Really musty smell in the condo when we arrived. The thermostat had to be repaired the second day by a tech due to not working. Beach was close and convenient. We were 5 people and we had only 2 assigned beach chairs, that’s fine. But for charging double a night, just because it's spring break, they could have let us check out at least after 10 am (not 9 am like we had to!). After all it’s spring break, one needs to wake up, go to the bathroom and have a cup of coffee at least. Instead we had to collect garbage and bring it to outside bins ourselves (something that could have been done by the cleaning personnel).

Family spring break

Such a convenient location! Short walk to restaurants and shops. Direct beachfront condo with plenty of room and great views. Easy beach access and great pool. Would stay again.

Rosemary bliss

The location couldn’t have been better. The condo had everything we needed, and was beautifully furnished. We were close to everything, and bike rentals were just across the street. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the ground floor, as we could go and come to the pool and beach without having to go through the building. The view was beautiful also. The buildings there all sit on a cliff anyway, so you had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Because this is a private gated resort, the beach was not crowed at all. Loved it!!

This property is beautifully located on the beach with easy access to all the amenities. The location is the best part as well as the options for a larger group to all have their own beds. Be aware that this property is original to the 1980’s. Carpet in all the bedrooms and living room, which is difficult with sand and kids. All the bathrooms were very old and in need of updating along with the decor. It was clean, but with the age of everything, it felt dingy and old.

The ad was lacking in very critical information

This trip was absolutely ruined by the visitor policy. Everyone that was on the property needed to have a wristband. We were limited to 9 wristbands, the same as the unit sleeps in beds. This limited our 16 year old daughters to just 4 guests. Their friends that were staying nearby were a group of 5. This made it impossible for that group to even visit our condo, much less the pool, hot tub etc. This policy was absolute and completely shut us out from our friends and changed the entire trip for our family. This policy is a significant issue and was completely left out of any description on VRBO. The ad was completely misleading in this regard. The owners knew their policy was different than nearby properties and we would not have rented this unit if we had known. I want a refund of the entire rental charge. This last spring break with our teenagers was completely ruined by the owner keeping this policy secret. Instead of us ever hosting, our girls spent most of their time elsewhere. Please post the refund to the card used for payment.

Great central location

The location and view was great. Quiet community and ease of getting around. However the unit had some issues. The dryer absolutely doesn’t dry. Tried 3 times with nothing. The master bath and kitchen was full of flies on arrival and stayed that way. Possibly due to the trashy smell coming from one of the locked cabinets. And while timing couldn’t be known, water was turned off 2 days for a few hours that did cause a disruption. Will consider coming back especially if updates are made.

Great location

This condo is a wonderful location! There is a lot of room for a family to gather and enjoy the beach. The view is so great- but the windows and glass doors were so dirty. We cleaned some so we could see out! My main complaint was the kitchen. It was a disaster. There was broken glass in several of the bowls in the cabinet. The bottom of the dishwasher was full of food . The drawers were in total disarray . Dirty silverware mixed in with clean. Pots and pans looked like they were not thoroughly cleaned ., If it was my condo and I had hired a cleaning service- they would be fired.

I love staying at High Pointe, I love Rosemary Beach , Crabby Steve’s, etc. I was not crazy about master suite not facing gulf. Beautiful view from living area. I know salt air really destroys things rapidly and so hard to keep gulf front property up. We went the week after Hurricane Michael so amazing that everyone was working and so helpful. I have rented nicer places but this place is perfect for my husband cause not really mobile so great beach access!

Needs some TLC

The location was nice if you don't mind the 50 steps down and back up from the beach. It is within walking distance to some dinning and shopping and the ocean and beach was beautiful. We loved the views of the ocean but you cannot see the beach so be aware of that. The condo was large and fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was not as clean as I would have hoped. Clean sheets and towels were provided but the place could have used a good dusting. There was a huge cobweb in the kitchen area that we joked looked like something left from Spider-Man. The pillows on the couch were laid down as if someone had been napping rather than cleaning. The washing machine was filthy as was the floor around it and the dryer did not dry well at all. The furnishings were outdated but that didn't really bother me as you can see that from the pictures, the cleanliness was definitely an issue for me. The air conditioner leaked and was fixed promptly, however it did get onto the carpet in the bedroom and left a smell. It had us worried as to how many times that had already happened and was there mold under the carpet. The bottom line is i felt that for the amount of money we paid to stay for a week, my review should be glowing. It was expensive for what you get. Also disappointed it didn't come with the beach chairs and umbrella.
