Our previous Guest love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!).
The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time.
We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home.
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and full bed and there is also a pullout queen couch. This is great for large families with small kids.

Arrival at Regency Towers
✔ Gated Entry – Regency Towers is a 24-hour gated community. Upon arrival, let security know you’re a guest.
✔ Arriving After 6 PM? No worries! You’ll receive a temporary parking pass and can complete check-in at the front desk the next morning.

Accessing Your Condo:
✔ Keyless Entry – Your unique door code will be sent before your arrival. No need for keys—just enter the code and walk in!
✔ Elevator Access – Use the lobby elevators to reach your unit. Carts are available to make unloading luggage easy.

During Your Stay
✔ Enjoy full access to all pools, hot tub, gym, billiards room, tiki bar & grill, and direct beach access!
✔ If you have any questions or need assistance, we're just a message away!

Other Details to Note
✔ Check-In Requirement – A valid driver’s license is required at check-in.

✔ Parking & Resort Passes – A $40 fee covers up to 3 vehicles and includes resort wristbands for access to all amenities. Need an extra vehicle? It's just $15 more. Bring your license plate number to the front desk to obtain your passes and wristbands.

✔ Travel Insurance Recommended – We always encourage guests to purchase travel insurance through Vrbo for added protection.

✔ Hurricane & Storm Policy – In the event of a mandatory evacuation ordered by state or local authorities, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent for guests currently staying.
Any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive during the evacuation.
