There are five resort-style pools: a seasonal pool with a hot tub, an island pool on the lake, a lagoon pool, a zero-edge family pool, and a play pool with beach views for the kids. When you are ready to head to the white sandy beach, it's just a short walk from the resort. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from when you want to dine out. Head over to WonderWorks or Ripley's Believe it or Not when you want to have some fun off the beach. Plus, Signal Hill Golf Course is mere steps away for a fun round of 18.

Please do not forget to pick up your parking pass and wristbands from the security desk on the ground floor. Resort fee (includes bands & parking pass) as follows: 1 Bedroom: $86, two (2) Bedroom: $102, and three (3) Bedroom: $119.
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
This condo is equipped with a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 17.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
