*****THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:***
These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

In your unit we have provided start-up toiletries; this includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street

Amenities are not included! Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $100 upon arrival for parking permit and wristbands.
The registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
