Important Notes:
- Age Requirement: Booking party + all guests must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. We do not allow 3rd party bookings.
- A signed rental agreement is required to be completed with 48 hours of booking, or immediately for same day bookings.
- Check-in starts at 4:00pm CST; Check-out is 10:00am CST
- Parking & Resort Passes: Regency Towers charges a $40 fee for 2 parking passes and an additional $15 per vehicle w/ a limit of 3. You must go to the front desk to obtain your parking pass and resort wristbands. This fee is separate from your nightly rate.
- Quiet hours 10:00pm CST– 8:00 am CST
- The condo is stocked with bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and toilet paper, starter paper towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Any additional supplies needed for your stay are your responsibility.
