Great location, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, breathtaking sunsets, with plenty to see and do!! Our condo is perfect for couples or families! Don't wait to book or you may regret it!!

As you walk in the unit, the bedroom with a king bed and flat screen smart tv with attached bathroom is on your left side. Down the hallway is a bunk bed area with the second full bathroom next to it. Washer and dryer are located inside the unit so no need to over pack! The sleeper sofa has an upgraded gel mattress and the chair has a pullout twin. There is also a recliner if you prefer propping your feet up and relaxing that way. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook or simply prepare a snack. Need coffee, espresso or tea? We've got you covered! With a Keurig, programmable coffeemaker, Bialetti, French press and electric kettle available, you can decide which one you want. The living room is on the beach side so you have the balcony doors opening up to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Located on the 20th floor, the views are stunning!! You can have your morning coffee out on the balcony while watching for dolphins and other sea life!

Our condo can sleep 4 adults comfortably or 6 total with kids featuring:

*Bed linens/bath towels are provided, along with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and hand soap. No need to pack extras or buy these at the store!

*Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, two small soft coolers (holds up to 30 cans each plus ice), sand toys, and even beach towels are available inside the unit for your use!

*Newer washer & dryer -- No need to overpack clothes!

*Newer flat screen smart TV's (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room - living room also has a DVD player)

*DVDs, board games, books, puzzles, coloring/activity books

*FREE WiFi - high speed available for those that need to work remotely!!

*Iron and ironing board

*Hair dryer (one in each bathroom)

The resort boasts two huge lagoon-style outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor heated pool, arcade game room, gulf front fitness center, coffee/ice cream/convenience shop (seasonal), ATM, two large roman spas, steam & dry sauna rooms, beach front restaurant, pool side bar, movie theater and gated multi-level parking garage!!

The unit is within walking distance to Pier Park -- amazing shopping, dining & entertainment venues to keep you busy for days! Plenty to see and do in this area!

This is a NON SMOKING UNIT (Any type)!! NO VAPING!!! Including the balcony!

Please no student inquires from high school or college spring breakers. Tidewater Beach Resort is now requiring all guests register prior to arrival and show I.D. at check in. No one under 25 is allowed to rent in this resort without a mature adult with them the full stay! Please don't take offense to that, its just that Tidewater is a family resort, not a party resort.

We own and privately manage the unit. Be sure to look for an email from us after booking - it contains the reservation agreement. This agreement needs to be sent back to us signed within 5 business days. (We are not able to send you the pre-registration or check in instructions that includes your door code without it.) You'll also receive your check in and preregistration instructions via email as well. The email it is sent from is waterfrontoasis 2006 @ g m a i l. com. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder for it.

***UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES- can an adult or parent rent for their under age (25 or younger) kids and leave them unsupervised for their stay. An adult must remain in the unit with them. If under age guest are unsupervised they will be removed from the property and rental payment will be non refundable. There is 24 hour security on property.

Payment is made through VRBO only. Do not accept if it says payment thru Xoom, Pay pal or any other form of payment- call VRBO if you think it is suspicious. Scammers are out there. Be Safe!

**Starting August 1st, 2024 there is a separate $39.59 + tax fee from the resort for up to two parking passes and up to six wristbands per unit, NOT per person. If you wait and register within 24 hours of your arrival, the fee is $50.29 + tax.** Be sure to pre-register or you will be charged an additional $10 if you do this while at check in. The instructions will be in the pre-registration/check-in instructions that will be sent to you closer to your arrival.
