This condo is great for small family of 4. It has an open kitchen and living area with a great view of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware/flatware. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and free wireless internet. Our bathroom has shower/tub combo with glass doors and bath linens for your personal use. Right off the bath is a closet with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a spacious closet with iron, ironing board, extra pillows, linens and blankets.

Edgewater retreat is a Private Restaurant & Bar, Paradise Pizza, Edgies Corner Market (serving Starbucks Coffee), a complete Fitness Center w/massage therapist, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball courts, 11 Swimming pools including the resort's huge Lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, Kids Adventure Zone with Splash Pad for the little ones, Sky Trail, Dive-In Movies by the pool, a golf course and Security 24 hrs 7 days a week.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

2nd Honeymoon

This unit is perfect for a couple or even a small family.The resort was very nice and accommodating. The Oceans restaurant and bar was amazing, Top 5 on PCB.

The day we got to the property, the lobby elevator was out off and one for a few days so we had to carry our luggage up 8 flights of stairs. We got to the room and noticed the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working. We never could get it to work the whole week. The appliances were a little outdated as well as the tub, the fridge shelf on the door kept popping out then the ceiling in our bedroom started leaking from the floor above us.

Smoke alarm and gate code

Overall, stay was fine. Something to consider is the fire alarm in the kitchen. Building codes suggest not locating smoke alarms in kitchens and bathrooms due to continual nuisance alarms. This was a bit challenging when cooking. Additional feedback, beach gate code is inaccurate.

Perfect Vaca!

We booked just a week before our stay. The listing is correct, pictures show what you get. Room was clean and comfortable. Dishwasher and washing detergent were provided for a few washes. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer were in the room. Ironing Board and iron. Sheets were clean. Even linen for the sleeper sofa were clean and wrapped so we knew they were clean. Vacuum in the closet. 4 towels, 4 washcloths, hand towels, dish towels. Some paper towels and toilet paper were there to get us through a couple days. Blender, toaster, coffee pot in kitchen. Loved the location. The bar/drink tenders at the outdoor bar were so friendly and fun to visit with. Tower III is a great location without the loudness of the main pool and activities they have day & night. Parking was crowded but having a secure gated property made it worth it. Not having to stand around in line at check in/out was nice. Love the door code, personless check in so so much. Shopping, eating, snacks, cold beverages all at your fingertips. Oceans on site has pizzas, appetizers, sit down meals or take to your room/eat on the beach/poolside. Airbrush shop, snow cones, cabanas to rent, drink machines…. Our son wants Edgewater in PCB to be our forever home. Especially since he caught a small shark fishing our first night there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We definitely will be back.

Priced right, great view, but...

I received a notice that I would be receiving arrival instructions a few days before our visit. I had to reach out to the owner and ask for the instructions when I had less than 72 hours before arrival as I had not received them. I was told they sent an email but it came back to them. When they re-sent the instructions they came with no issues, which makes me think they didn't send them to begin with. The was an issue with the electric outlets. We were unable to charge our phones, and the appliances had issues as well. I did not have a way to contact the owners, since initial conversations with them were through VRBO was not on my phone. They did leave us a number for any major issues, which I did not deem outlet working order as major as something like the AC not working. I waited until I returned to notify the owners. I asked for a percentage refund and was promptly denied since they are classifying that as a major issue, and it is stated in the rental agreement how to contact them outside of VRBO. Please if you rent this unit, take every document with you just in case!!! One of two elevators was not working the entire time of our stay. There are also some cosmetic issues with tower II. The building alarm went off. We had no clue what it was. We decided it must be some sort of fire alarm. Walked down 8 flights of stairs because it shut the elevators down. Had to wait until the fire department cleared the building safe. Apparently the moisture and fog makes the alarm system go off. That was a very inconvenient night. Overall the beach and area were the best part of this stay.

Room needs remodeled

Pics do not look like the room actually is, the carpet was nasty bathroom was a joke melting ceiling tiles around the vanity lights the vent falling through another upside down plastic ceiling tile very old appliances and decor with a quilted like bed cover. This was the worst unit I’ve stayed in out of the 5 years coming and this year we had 38 total people in our group.

The unit is affordable and I guess just say you get what you pay for. We rented for my daughters cheer competition at this resort so it was convenient being on property. The pool, tiki bar, and resort itself is awesome!!!! This individual room not so much. It is very outdated! The queen bed in bedroom is the cheapest most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The dresser in bedroom is probably from goodwill. Too small to even hold adult size pair of pants. So we just left clothes in suitcase. The bathroom only had 3 towels. So if you have kids coming.....bring shower towels or you will forever be washing clothes. The shower curtain was COVERED in mold/mildew. The pull out couch is horrendous too. Honestly this unit would be perfect for a couples getaway but that is about it. The sliding glass sore had leaked and the floor was soaked the ENTIRE time we were there. I messaged the manager and was told it was a new door And they had performed a water test. Check in was SUPER EASY!!! I was worried I had got scammed because I didn’t receive info until the day before we were set to arrive. But once I got the code it was very easy. No front desk lines! Just go straight to unit. Elevators in the building are sooooo slow and at times we waited very very long. The unit was very clean aside from the moldy shower curtain liner. The view is beautiful. The unit has potential just needs a little updating. But for what I paid it was ok!
