    Condominio Sunrise Beach Resort, un lussuoso resort fronte spiaggia. Offre viste incredibili sul Golfo del Messico e si trova nella parte ovest più desiderabile e vicino a Pier Park. Il parcheggio del garage gratuito è sotto l'edificio. Ci sono due piscine all'aperto e quella più grande è riscaldata tutto l'anno. I bambini si divertiranno con i funghi splash e le fontane sul ponte della piscina. Se ti piace esercitare, amerai la sala fitness

    SERVIZIO SPIAGGIA è incluso per tutte le prenotazioni tra il 15 marzo - 31 ottobre. Questo include due sedie e un ombrello per l'intera vacanza. Il venditore Beach addebita $ 45 al giorno di noleggio quindi questo potenzialmente ti farà risparmiare più di $ 200 per una settimana di soggiorno.

    Panama Beach Beach ha un sacco di buoni ristoranti e Sunrise Beach è solo un miglio dal nuovo Pier Park con negozi, cinema, ristoranti e altro ancora.

    Questa unità dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni con grande maestro con vista sull'oceano. Condominio comprende il servizio di sedia a sdraio. Spiagge di sabbia bianca godono dei numerosi servizi del resort o semplicemente rilassarsi nel tuo condominio di lusso - Sunrise Beach ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare perfetta.

    La nostra spettacolare unità decorata professionalmente dispone di bar per la colazione, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici top of the line, cucina completamente attrezzata, ampio balcone, zona giorno fronte golfo e camera da letto principale. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con TV a schermo piatto e vista sul Golfo. Bagno padronale ha una vasca di acqua e doccia separata in vetro. La seconda camera è dotata di un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha due gemelli, perfetti per i bambini.

Great condo and location

Sunrise Beach Resort was just as advertised. Great location, the condo unit we stayed in was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and the check in process and communication with the owner was very easy. The pools were well maintained and very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

Sunrise Beach Vacation

Had a great time. Condo was clean and convenient. Elevator times were no problem at all. Proximity to beach was perfect for last minute beach walks. Will definitely stay here again!

Great view and excellent location

We loved the condo and being so close to the beach. Everything was great inside and we could not have asked for a better stay. Pots and pans where in bad shape but other then that several family meal cooked there. Just the right amount of space for all 7 of us.

Family Beach Vacation

Everything was great, especially communication with the owner. The only disappointing item was that check in was at 4pm local time and the cleaning crew did not leave until 5:15pm

Floors chaor and umbrella rental person

Over all we loved our stay ,and would stay again for sure .With that being said the floors were gross like they are being mopped with a dirty mop we couldnt even walk barefooted they felt greasy and made our feet black,also the man who you get umbrellas from is a rude punk thats all i can say about that .Thank you for all the great communication and we will be back Denise Walter and Family

Home away from home

What a FANTASTIC place to stay. Everything you could want in a place that you did not own. If I had to complain about something It would be the 2 chairs in the living room were not comfortable to sit in. And one thing you have no control over is the wait on the elevators during peak times. Otherwise it cannot be beat...PERIOD!

Sunrise beach resort was what we needed. It had been 3 yrs since we took a vacation. clean, had all the starter supplies like (toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent ( but I bought a small liquid detergent just because of the frequency of me washing), enough towels for a family of 6 but no beach towels so make sure you bring your own or buy from there the condominium is just 3 min away from Walmart and target or a few local stores that are walking distance. With the unit you get two cheslongs and a beach umbrilla any extra there is a charge. Overall great place and most definitely we will come back to unit 1202 in Sunrise beach resort 🙂

Upgrades needed

Lamp shades had mold on them. Ran out of hot water. Kitchen sink faucet broken, but the repair person responded very quickly. The washing machine did not agitate. Couch cushions are broken down - extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment did not have any extra blankets.

Spent 6 days with family at this condo and we felt like we were home. The condo was fully furnished for our needs. We will definitely use this rental when we return.

Get a new mattress

The mattress is the master bedroom needs replaced. The bed itself was noisy, but the mattress was terrible. I almost consider trying the pullout couch to see if it was any better.

Nice place and great location

We really enjoyed our family vacation and stay here. Great location, amazing view from condo of the ocean. The master bed was a little wobbly and squeaky. But, it wasn’t something that we couldn’t deal with. The biggest complaint was the elevator wait time. Everything else was wonderful. Communication with the owners was great and quick!

Great view

Clean and comfortable condo. It is just as pictured. The only thing It needed was maybe new skillets, kitchen towels and dish cloths and that’s just being picky. Having covered parking was amazing. We loved it and would definitely go back!

As previously mentioned in some of the other comments the location is nice. The resort is close to and within walking distance to a few restaurants and just down the road from Pier Park. Maintenance responded quickly when we had an issue with the AC unit. I would have to agree with other’s lists of cons as well. The cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The floors were swept but had not been mopped, base boards around furniture and in the bathrooms were dirty, walls need painting, mattresses were uncomfortable and squeaky, and furniture in the bedrooms and balcony could use updating. While there are plenty of plates and cups/glasses there was not enough silverware for the 6 of us. The skillets need replacing and I would not recommend cooking on them. The balcony door in the master bedroom does not lock. The wait time for the elevators is horrible during peak hours of the day. The unit comes with beach service and this was great. The resort does need to invest in repairing the chairs (broken slats) and replacing the cushions. There were a few days we had cushions with rips in them. I also strongly advise anyone with any allergies to tobacco smoke to consider staying elsewhere. I was under the impression the resort was smoke free, including the balconies, but this was not the case.

The property overall was really nice, the property owners answered all concerns for example the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, they got maintenance out the next day..but the house cleaner that cleaned before we got there needs to mop the floors our feet were black just walking across the rooms..other than that it was very nice

Great location. Mediocre amenities/room

The location of this place is fantastic! Access to the beach couldn't be any quicker, and you are less than a mile away from all the shopping and restaurants. You can even walk to some of the restaurants like Sharkys to get your buzz on. However, we had so many issues with the actual resort that I probably wouldn't recommend spending that kind of money to stay here. The parking had tight spaces, the elevator wait times even with 4 elevators were obnoxious half of the time (over half an hour at times), and my main complaint - the beds in the condo were absolutely horrible (they were essentially air mattresses on frames). If you tried to sit at the foot of the bed to put on shoes, it would lift the head of the bed off the ground. Every move you made shook the entire bed and made loud noises. Per the condo rules, you can't turn AC below 72 for risk of freezing the unit, but this temp had the condo hot the whole time. Not something I had expected on vacation. The kitchen supplies were sad. There weren't enough utensils for just the 6 of us, the pans were teflon and really damaged, and there were no pot holders. There were barely enough bath towels in the unit, and the toilet paper supplied would tear you a new one. I know this is out of the owners' control, but the pool also was NOT heated. To me, this place was not worth the cost! The owners definitely need to invest a little more into the place when a 4 night stay cost $1400+. We could've stayed at so many other locations and had the same beach access with better amenities.
