5 minuti a piedi dalla piscina sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano cristallino e sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Panamá. Il nostro condominio è situato a 10 minuti dal centro commerciale Pier Park e da altre attrazioni locali.

Ci sono 2 parcheggi designati per entrare proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso, quindi non è necessario cercare un parcheggio e trasportare i bagagli su un ascensore.

Questa casa lontano da casa viene fornita con tutte le lenzuola e biancheria da bagno in dotazione, lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano superiore, giochi da spiaggia per bambini e teli mare, sdraio e ombrellone. Forniamo un carrello da spiaggia per facilitare il trasporto di tutte le necessità da spiaggia facilmente avanti e indietro dalla spiaggia.

Goditi la comodità di grigliare sulla griglia a propano sul ponte posteriore e cenare sotto le stelle mentre dondoli sull'altalena del portico posteriore. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un nuovissimo materasso king size, ventilatore a soffitto e TV. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio del bagno principale. La camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli con TV e un bagno privato completo. WiFi gratuito incluso.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing place! Very clean and well equiped with everything you need to live a week in PCB! I wouldnt say there is anything that would stop me from staying again. I could suggest maybe replacing some of the beach stuff in the closest where its starting to get old and deteriorating. Also had a hiccup with gate codes but was not a huge problem. Also the walk to the beach is no different than walking from the 4th floor at a resort on the beach (its very small of a walk) We will be booking again next year!

First time stay

This was our first time stay in a VRBO. We really enjoyed the location of this place. We were there for a baseball tournament so it was close to the ballfield and the condo was so close to the beach.

EVERYTHING, from location, cleanliness, literally everything you need to survive a vacay comfortably in the home, safe area in a true gated community. This place has it all! My family will definitely try to stay in touch with owner to book this year in year out. I could not give 1 complaint because there’s not one.

Beautiful townhome

My family and i stayed 4 days in this gorgeous townhouse. We had all the amenities of home and we were so comfortable. We were a five minute walk to the beach. We had all the toys and boards we needed to have the best tike on the beach too. We were sad to leave but we will definitely be back.

Miscommunication with VRBO/owner. Thermostat locked and no access to password to unlock from Thursday after 4 until afternoon Friday. Hot night! Good location to beach…could use a little updating!

This condo is perfectly located to the pool and the beach. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything that we needed. Absolutely love the swing. Katrina was easy to communicate with. This is our 3rd stay and anticipate future stays.

Beach Vacation

Plenty of room. Great location. Complete set up for a beach vacation. Would highly recommend. I have stayed in many of condos and this by far felt like home more than any. The only negative was the toilets could have been a little cleaner but there was cleaning supplies so I took care of that. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay!

Katrina is great host and very responsive to phone calls and emails! The place is exactly how it is pictured and very clean! The unit is close to the beach access in the community and also to the big pool. It was stocked with more than enough supplies to last you during your stay. The most convenient thing was having enough beach towels provided for you. I have never had that at any other vacation home and it certainly made our vacation easier! I will definitely book this unit again in the future and look forward to coming back with my family.

This condo had everything we needed, from coffee pot to every day items..large pool just steps from our back door and ocean about a ten min. walk... master bedroom had plenty of room not having hot water in that bath room was our only complaint,..we had to use small bath room for every thing ...hope u get that fixed..

This is a great place, It is bigger than it looks in the pictures.Its the nearest property to the beach in this group of townhomes. literally a 5 minute walk. All the pools on the property are extremely warm and comfortable. There is a heated pool and mini golf course on the property too.Its near just about anything you could want to do. The owner was super nice about extending our checkout so our little one could nap. good wifi/Ac is cold. Highly recommend it.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned due to a new house keeper being hired. But even after it was cleaned it looked as though someone lived there because there was quite a bit of food in the cabinets. 3 to4 partial bottles of syrup, spices, coffee pods . I was refunded $80 but I felt it should have been more. The condo was nice but the start of the week ruined what should have been a great vacation.
