La nostra residenza ha molto spazio per gli amici e la famiglia per riunirsi e divertirsi alla spiaggia !!!! Questo 1900 sq. Ft. Townhome è configurato con una spaziosa camera da letto e bagno al terzo piano. La camera da letto ha un divano letto componibile, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un letto king size con il nuovo materasso pillow top. Una cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno e un'altra camera da letto si trova al secondo piano. Il soggiorno ha un bellissimo divano componibile in pelle, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo con 4 sedie. C'è un bar per la colazione per posti a sedere aggiuntivi. La cucina è ben fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto delizioso! Questo piano vanta un'altra spaziosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e cabina armadio. C'è l'accesso a un bagno completo dalla camera da letto. Una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale si trova nel corridoio. Il primo piano è allestito come un appartamento di efficienza con i suoi divani cucina, bagno e due letti (3a camera da letto)

Great stay

The place was great. Just right for 5 generations. Convenient to attractions, the beach and restaurants. Just one inconvenience the road work made it difficult to get around. But overall we had a great.

Birthday Vacation

Good evening , I really enjoyed my stay at this property for my son's 🎂 birthday weekend also with my nephew and godson. Everyone had there own space and relaxed 😌 after a day at the beach. I especially loved my space on the first floor which I closed my door and just enjoyed my me time. 😆 This property was equipped for everything I needed in the kitchen when I needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Washer and dryer set just perfect. My son loved the third floor because it was his own palace away from home especially because it was his birthday ! The property is near the strip, beach pier park Winn Dixie and all other stores restaurants and bars ect. I definitely would like to stay when I come back and recommend this property for any size family.

5 stars all the way!!

I waited until last minute to book a place so my options were limited as we usually stay at a beach front condo, but after staying here this will be my go to place from now on😊. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals which was wonderful! Very nice place with plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved the house! I took 4 teenage boys to the beach and the 3 level floor style was perfect. The boys stayed on the bottom level and main level and the 2 Moms stayed on the 3rd floor in the spacious master suite. It was huge! Construction is taking place on the main strip but we walked on the back side roads and crossed the street to the beach!

Very Comfortable

The property was described perfectly in the online description. It was very comfortable for our group of 8. The owners are kind enough to leave you a nice stash of everyday needed items. I wish there was a small table on the balcony.

Nice Stay

Nice townhome. Great location...short walk to beach and close to restaurants, shopping and Pier Park which was great for us since we were there to attend the Jazz festival. We had minor issue with the neighbor. Made a call to the owner and they handled the situation quickly. (THANK YOU) There is construction in the area but it wasn't a bother for us. The kitchen was well equipped as far as cookware, utensils and small appliances. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The only reason we didn't give all five stars is because of construction going on around the condo, and the 2nd floor tube didn't not want to drain. Other then that it is a wonderful place would love to stay again.

Recommend this property

Despite some road construction on S. Arnold Rd. my family had a great week here. Nice location in PCB. Pool was small but never more than 1 other family there so it was just fine. Walk to the beach was less than 10 mins (beach access 64). You could also drive over and park for free for the day(beach access 65). And we did both. Win-Dixie is just around the corner. Ample space for us and our teens to have separate spaces to hang out. We also had 2 vehicles and never was without somewhere to park. Recommend for groups of 8!

Great place to stay.

The house was beautiful and we had a great time staying here. The whole family really enjoyed it. Jennifer was a great help and always replied quickly when had questions about the property. I would definitely stay at The Villa again.

Great with minor issues

The place was great! The location was a little weird and one of the neighboring buildings was questionable. We smelled someone smoking marijuana while I sat with my young children at the pool. The walk to the beach was probably more than 4 minutes and there was no safe place, like a side walk, to walk there.....especially with very young children. You have to cross 2 extremely busy roads to get to the public beach entrance. We ended up loading up our truck with all of our stuff and driving it over to the beach entrance to unload and to drop the rest of our crew off. There was no description of where the entrance to the beach was, so we had to contact the owner for instruction.

Great stay!!

Wonderful location at PCB. Just a block (easy walk) from the beautiful beach. Great neighbors who were very helpful! Close to all things PCB-pier, shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Townhouse had nice decor and was spacious and clean. Prompt communication by property manager. Kitchen well-equipped to make our own meals (new appliances including washer and dryer). Kindly provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent to start the stay. Not all property managers go out of their way to provide those essentials. Unfortunately, did not get to use the pool due to poor weather at the time of our stay. Hope to be back soon!!

Getaway but not that far away.

The place was very cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice to be close to the beach and Pier Park but also come back to some quiet and relaxation. Scott was very helpful and nice. We will stay here again.

Very clean and close to beach.

My husband and I were traveling with with teenagers for our oldest sons graduation gift. All 8 of us fit comfortably. The beds were so comfy as well. It was closer to beach access then I was expecting which was really nice. We had such a lovely stay we didnt want to go.
