COSTRUZIONE NUOVISSIMA A SEACREST

Situato all'angolo di Cobia Run E. e Cast Net Ln a Seacrest Beach. 62 Cast Net Lane è una nuovissima costruzione con 4 camere da letto e 4. 5 bagni. Situato nella famosa Seacrest, proprio tra Alys e Rosemary Beach. Circondato da infiniti ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti a pochi passi da casa, la tua famiglia può sempre trovare qualcosa da fare. Optare per 8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia o salire sul servizio navetta gratuito (corse stagionalmente). La piscina Lagoon si trova proprio nel centro di Seacrest per un facile accesso, con una mensa per ordinare pranzo o spuntini!

Entrando nella casa, ti troverai nella zona giorno open space con pareti bianche a terra e pareti in legno. La cucina offre elettrodomestici di alta gamma in acciaio inossidabile, una grande isola centrale con lavello da fattoria e splendidi controsoffitti. Ci sono posti a sedere al bar per quattro al largo dell'isola e posti a sedere per sei attorno al tavolo da pranzo. Sul retro è un portico schermato, posti a sedere all'aperto e grill a gas incorporato.
C'è una grande camera da letto per gli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo al primo piano. Le altre tre camere da letto si trovano al secondo piano. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un ampio bagno padronale privato. C'è anche un patio privato con un grande divano letto oscillante situato al largo della camera da letto principale. Il bagno principale ha una grande vanità con doppi lavandini, una vasca da bagno, una grande cabina doccia. La terza camera degli ospiti ha anche un letto matrimoniale con un bagno privato completo. La camera da letto finale ha un set di letti a castello queen / queen e un letto a castello full / twin. La lavanderia si trova anche al secondo piano.

Almost perfect

The house, location and community were amazing. We did experience a hitch when the upstairs air conditioning stopped working, requiring several of us to sleep downstairs on the couch to remain comfortable. We did get a night fee comped so this was well appreciated. Our only other complaints were the two paper towel rolls provided as we went through these quickly, no full body mirror in the house as far as getting ready, hardly any hangers in each closet, no dresser in two rooms, and lastly, the bunk room where the kids stayed did not seem to have a smart tv (it is possible we just couldn't figure it out). These things aren't crucial to our overall love of the house but would have been nice features. House was beautiful and perfect size for our group! Great location for tram and for walking anywhere needed.

Great house!

This placed worked perfectly for us. House layout was great. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the rest of the family (4 adults, 3 kids) had another house in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for us all to hang out, cook, etc. All bedrooms had nice bathrooms, TV’s etc. Would definitely stay here again during next trip to Rosemary Beach.

Wonderful house and community

The house is exactly as listed, even better. The coastal style is beautifully designed. Seacrest is perfect for families. The younger teenagers had freedom to bike around, while still staying close to the house.

Great home

Beautiful home. Location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Home was extremely clean. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Outside porches were a plus. Swinging bed was so comfy and fun. Owners very quick to respond to emails. Everything you want for a vacation at seaside/rosemary beach . Need to bring your own beach towels Will def go back !!!

Family Fun

We had a great time during our family vacation at Seacrest Beach. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The location was so convenient, close to shopping, food, ice cream (which we visited often.) Close tram ride to the beach and the large pool in the neighborhood. The pool far exceeded my expectations and was so fun for the kids when we didn’t want to haul to the beach. The beach got crowded really fast and not a lot of space to spread out, however our visit was in the middle of July so that makes sense. Overall this was a wonderful stay, our first time to 30A and we will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

When looking for a vacation home, we had a wish list. With small children, their parents, and we as grandparents started creating our wants and needs criteria, the home at 62 Cast Net at Seacrest Beach was perfect. The home has the Floridian look and feel. Lots of space. The outdoor decks were amazing. The walk to the pool and beach were only minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family of 11.

The place for a family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Great week spent with Family!

The house is just as listed. Close to Peddlers Pavilion, with food, snacks, shopping, entertainment. A quick bike ride or walk to the pool. Tram stops right outside your backdoor to go to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Only a few things could have made it easier on us. There’s not quite enough cubbies/drawers in a couple of rooms. Easy fix, bring some hangers along. I’m sure they’ll add dressers to the secondary upstairs rooms, soon! A few extra practical pillows/blankets would help too, but we borrowed from the bunk room. All in all, it was an amazing stay!!!

Beautiful Home in Seacrest!

We loved staying in this adorable, spacious home in Seacrest for our first family vacation in over 3 years! Clean, in the PERFECT location in Seacrest! Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. Close to pool, tram service & all the shopping in Seacrest. We loved it & will definitely stay here again in the future!

Summer Trip

We have come to 30a for years just not this far down. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very crowded time of year so that was a bummer. Beach and pool so packed. The beach is very small for people to sit in since some company takes up most of our designated area with chairs and umbrellas they require you to rent for $70 a day. Would recommend the house if the beach and pool are not your only reason for traveling to this area.

Perfect location

This was a perfect house for our two families! The location was perfect for the teens to ride bikes to the Seacrest and Rosemary Squares and the pool was in walking distance. The house had excellent spacing with plenty of rooms. We especially enjoyed the two covered patios for evening gatherings or morning coffee.

Close to Everything and Airy Space

8 min walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping, 4 min walk to the pool, 7 min walk to the beach. We loved the spaciousness, master bath, large kitchen and swing on the master porch. Our son loved playing on the bunk beds and his own private bathroom. It was great to have a grill for some nights in. You can hear the live music in the village from the property. The house was clean and had everything we needed - the only thing that would have been nice to have were beach towels so that we didn’t have to pack an extra bag of them. We rented bikes and they were a great way to get around. A couple of things to note - the pool is not heated in March so we weren’t able to use it. The beach was crowded during the Spring Break period - to rent chairs and umbrellas for five people on the second row for the day is about $175. We went to a couple of public beaches too to have some quiet/alone time on the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby - Pescado was delicious and great view, Crabbys Steves jerk chicken sandwich was yummy. Book this house and you’ll have so much fun on your next Florida trip.

Great, spacious 4 bedroom home!

This is a GREAT house. We had 3 moms and 3 teen boys. Each mom had their own spacious bedroom/bath and the boys shared a room each having their own queen bed. Whole house was very clean, simple white/gray decor, spacious kitchen and living area. This house is a very short walk from the Seacrest restaurants and on the side that is next to Rosemary. The house was perfect for us and would definitely rent again.

Great stay in Seacrest Beach!

We stayed here for just under a month this past January! We’ve stayed in Rosemary and Seacrest Beach several times now and really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and new inside and the layout worked out great when our parents joined us for a week with the first floor master. We also loved the short walk to Rosemary. The owners were very accessible in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful House!

We had a great stay in Rosemary Beach. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our host Mike was very responsive and quickly assisted us when we needed help. We would certainly return again.
