This 2nd-floor condo overlooks Grand Panama's beautiful pool and hot tub and has unobstructed views. Enjoy the roaring ocean (Gulf) while relaxing on the balcony. Why wait for the elevator? This unit is adjacent to the stairwell. Just one flight of stairs is all that it takes to be enjoying the amenities! The quick and easy access to the unit is perfect for pet owners ($100 fee. See additional pet policy & only under 25 lbs). This is one of the very few beachfront resorts that allows pets.

Enjoy making your own smoothies or daiquiris with the provided blender. Get a fresh start in the morning with a hot cup of Joe and spoil your family with a homemade breakfast, using our included appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to make your own home-cooked meals.

The Gulf front master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with views of the Gulf of Mexico and has its own private access to the patio balcony. Enjoy movies in bed on the room's flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a soaker garden tub and a walk-in shower.

You will find a queen size bed with private access to the hall bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. A full size bed is located in the hallway nook area.

After a long day at the beach, relax in the living room on the unit's sofa sleeper couch or recliner while watching shows on the massive 65" smart TV.

We provide a starter set of 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash can liner for each can, a roll of paper towels, (1) dishwasher pod, and hand soap. This is usual and customary for condo stays.

This resort boasts a beachfront spa pool, as well as a 2nd rooftop pool deck and spa pool located in Tower 2. Both pools are seasonally heated!

Tower 1 has an on-site Tiki Bar (seasonally) that serves food and drinks. There are gas grills located by each pool for guest use. The state-of-the-art workout room is located in Tower 2. There is also covered parking!

Grand Panama is just a short walk away from many amazing restaurants. If you want to have some fun with the family, Shipwreck Water Park is right around the corner! You are also within walking distance of the Shoppes at Edgewater which offers many shopping and entertainment options! Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are a convenient drive away.

Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 resort fee (plus taxes and fees) that is collected directly by them. This includes parking (for one vehicle), free internet, wristbands, and security at the resort. They also charge a $50 per pet resort pet fee (plus taxes and fees) for the first 7 days and $5/day for every day thereafter. Additionally, dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the resort (city ordinance). There is a pet friendly section of the beach at Pier Park.
