Capistrano # 201 è un bellissimo appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, fronte mare / fronte mare, sul Golfo del Messico a Seacrest / Inlet Beach, a ovest di Rosemary Beach e Alys Beach. Il condominio piede 1175 mq. 6 posti letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Siamo al 2 ° piano di un tranquillo edificio in stile spagnolo di 9 unità con un paesaggio professionale che comprende palme, giardini, una fontana, ampio cortile / area giochi con un "mazzo al tramonto" per "la tradizione 30A" di bevande a tramonto, barbecue in carbone comunale, parcheggio e portabiciclette. Il 2 ° piano è ideale in questo edificio - abbastanza alto per una vista sull'oceano e una sola rampa di scale quando trasportano bagagli o generi alimentari. Manca la piscina --ma senza piscina necessario con le onde del Golfo dolci!

Ottimi, viste panoramiche da dentro e fuori! Sul vostro balcone privato con un tavolo da bistrò e 4 sedie girevoli, cenate all'aperto, guardate i delfini e gli splendidi tramonti, fate la vostra e-mail o scrivete un romanzo. Tutte le comodità di casa con cucina completamente attrezzata di design, televisore a schermo piatto / DVD, impianto stereo, connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità, e lavatrice-asciugatrice. Master camera da letto ha un bagno en-suite con vasca-doccia. Abbiamo tre HD TV plus lettore DVD con Netflix e Smart Apps, in modo da portare la tua password Netflix o registrarsi per la prova gratuita di 30 giorni durante il soggiorno. La posizione sulla pista ciclabile 30A è 2 miglia. Ovest di Rosemary Beach e 1 mi. A ovest di Aly's Beach e vicino al centro storico di Seaside, Destin e Panama City Beach - vicino a molti bei ristoranti, negozi e noleggio di biciclette e kayak. Lettino e ombrellone vacanza con quotidiano impostare sono disponibili. Solo 19 miglia e 25 minuti dal nuovo aeroporto Spiagge NW Florida!

Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed with a great view of the ocean and a beach that is not crowded. Jake’s Beach Service was right below the condo so it was a short walk back and forth. FYI: Quite a climb from the beach so not suitable for the infirmed. The condo was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The best restaurants in the area are a short drive/Uber away. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo, wonderful stay & the best views of the gulf

We stayed here for Christmas 5 nights and had the best time. The condo is beautiful & well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The owners are wonderful & responsive & we had great weather. What more can you ask for ? I highly recommend this property. We'll be back.

A good vacation stay

It was clean and decently supplied. However there were a few minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived. The under-counter lights in the kitchen, especially over the stove, were burned out, leaving it in the dark. There was also a slow water leak in the hall bath drain. But, when we called for maintenance they got right over and fixed the lights, which was nice. Also our internet was down about 1/2 a day but maintenance checked back with us later in the day to make sure it was back on.

Back to School girl weekend

I stayed at Capistrano 201 for a long weekend with my sister and two young daughters for a back to school weekend. I chose this property for its direct beach access, easy parking, and proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The only suggestion I would make for the owner would be a couple blankets. The beds only had sheets and none of the chairs or couch in the living room had one either. Late in the evenings when we have finally cooled off and are ready to settle in for a movie it would have been nice for the kiddos to be able to snuggle in and fall asleep. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next year for our girl weekend trip.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The view is wonderful. Location is close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but a little farther from Seaside. The condo itself was spacious and as advertised. Overall the property was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully appointed, there were plenty of towels, the appliances were updated, and the patio was great. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing getaway

We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

Nice quiet beach and beautiful view.

We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Disappointing for us

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.
