Questa casa fronte mare splendidamente arredata può ospitare 14 persone ed è ideale per gruppi numerosi, famiglie multiple, una fuga di ragazze o un ritiro per coppie. Questa casa offre una pianta a due piani ed è stata decorata professionalmente con un design costiero contemporaneo. Una nuova vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone offre splendide viste senza ostacoli sul golfo e sulla scuola stellata di notte.

All'interno, la grande sala offre comodi posti a sedere per tutti gli ospiti sui grandi divani componibili e con divano letto. Guarda un film sulla Smart TV HD da 60 "con servizio Netflix incluso, TV via cavo ad alta velocità con HBO, lettore Blu Ray e libreria DVD. La sala da sole si affaccia sul golfo ed è il luogo perfetto per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino mentre guardate il sole sorgere sul molo. Gli ospiti possono anche giocare a biliardino o scegliere tra i tanti giochi o puzzle.

Entrando in casa, c'è una grande sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per 6-8 e una cucina completamente attrezzata che ha tutti i comfort di casa. Montare una margarita è un gioco da ragazzi o usa il tuo Keurig per il caffè del mattino.

Family Trip

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. We had a group of 11 and everyone was comfortable. This home is so warm and inviting. We made the trip for New Years Eve at Pier Park which is in walking distance from the house. As a matter of fact we really never drove once we arrived at the house. We walked to Pier Park or hung out at the beach because the weather was so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this VRBO. It was just steps to the beach with our own private access. The back deck was great and we saw some amazing sunsets. The hot tub was nice at night and a good size. It was a great location, near the city pier, where we saw stingrays jellyfish, and a sea turtle! Few items to note, the road noise was pretty loud for the two rooms where the kids were staying, but it didn’t bother my kids as they’re heavy sleepers. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

Fabulous for families!

Great for families with all ages! One level house was great! Perfect location; steps away from the most beautiful beach (and clean!) and all the Pier Park shopping and restaurants. House has all the amenities! Communication with the property manager was excellent!mmanagealways excellent!

Fantastic fall break vacation

I can’t become to say how much my family and I enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful beach house. I will start off by saying location, location, location!!! Steps away from pier park where I spent WAY too much money…LOL… My dad is an avid saltwater fisherman and he really enjoyed walking to the pier every morning and afternoon. Beach access was great and the hot tub on the back porch was amazing. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for a amazing vacation.

Great Property

This is our second summer in a row staying at Pier Pleasure. The property met all of our needs from location, steps to the beach, convenience to attractions and restaurants, and roominess. We traveled with our two grown children and their families, and everyone had his/her own space. The hot tub was an added bonus as was the lifeguard stand nearby. I won’t hesitate to book this property again for future trips.

Absolutely perfect!

Perfect vacation! The house was roomy and had everything we needed. Great location to restaurants and shopping. The ocean was just a couple steps away. The property manager, Tracy was helpful and quick to respond when we had questions!

50th Birthday Getaway

Amazing!!! One story house, which was perfect. Beautiful beach, walking distance to Pleasure Pier with shopping, restaurants & movie theater! Great time of the year to go. A little chilly, but not crowded, which is always lovely. Would definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm ready to go back today! :) Host was very responsive and helpful when I had to contact her.

Absolutely Stunning

We had the best time staying here. I'm picky about cleanliness and the place was immaculate. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Kitchen, toiletries, beach towels, etc. There were even some extra beach toys on the side of the house. Right when you walk in you have a stunning view of the beach it was so fun on sunny days and to watch the storms rolling in. The home is located on a main road and we heard normal traffic but not nearly enough to be a bother. It was very easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We had our young kids with us and found plenty to do on the stormy days to stay busy. The foosball table inside was a huge hit. Beautiful short path to the beach right off the back deck. Didn't deal with others posting up in front of the house at all, there was plenty of space. The sand is like silk and the water was so clear. We saw jelly fish, sting rays, fish, crabs and dolphins. Couldn't believe the amount of space the home provided. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and we not once felt like we were crammed in. There was also ample covered parking for our two vehicles. My only regret is we didn't get to utilize the beautiful deck and hot tub more often. Hope we make it back here soon, it was an absolute dream to stay at for the week.

Perfect for Us

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation at PCB. It was beach front and literally steps to the sand and water. There was plenty of room for five adults and five children (including one infant), and was well appointed in anticipation of every need. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living area was roomy and the bedrooms were comfortable. We especially liked that it was all on one floor. No stairs to climb. The deck offered comfortable lounge chairs, two grills (gas and charcoal), and a hot tub. The location was great as it was close to shopping and restaurants. During much of our stay, we were under red flag warnings, and liked the fact that there was a lifeguard station just a few yards down the beach. Although we know about the flag warning system and are respectful of it, it still added a level of security we haven’t felt at other locations. This property ticked all our boxes when looking for a rental. We will stay here again.

One of our favorite places

Great location Great views. Property manager and cleaning crews might need to be reviewed. Some bathroom fixtures are intact and working but have separated from the wall (esp. in the bedroom off the laundry room). The floors were not clean when we arrived. We cleaned, vacuumed, and mopped them ourselves. Many kitchen utensils (including knives, forks, and spoons - thankfully we brought our own cups and glasses) had to be put in the dishwasher prior to using. Pots and pans have deteriorated and probably should be replaced. Some window blinds were not functional. Items stored in closets should be removed so when guests arrive they have an empty closet to use. The dead bolt lock by the door off the laundry room was not functional. Cleaning supplies (including dirty mops and brooms) should be stored out of sight.

Awesome vacation home!!!

We just spent a week at this amazing home! Everything from the location, cleanliness, accuracy of home descriptions, and Tracy the property manager were incredible!! You won’t be disappointed if you book this place! We loved the views, the easy access to the sugar sand beach, the gorgeous sunsets, the fooseball table, all the tv’s, the comfortable couches, the reading nook, and the great patio with the hot tub!! And Tracy answered every question within minutes of our texts! Can’t wait to rebook for next year!!!

Nice house, great location--walking distance to restaurants and shops, good size bedrooms, wonderfully updated, comfortable and attractive furniture. A nice hot tub to relax at the end of the day.
