Questa unità viene con un libero SPIAGGIA SEDIA SET / OMBRELLO NOLEGGIO !! Anche questa unità ha subito una ristrutturazione totale, nuovo pavimento in legno in tutta Beachy, nuovi arredi, nuova vernice, WOW !!!!

Benvenuti a Long Beach Resort, dove si inizierà la vostra vacanza a lungo atteso in questa bella unità che si affaccia sul meraviglioso Golfo del Messico. Godetevi l'incredibile, da parete a parete pavimento a soffitto vista sull'oceano da ogni camera di questo, 1400 condominio spazioso piedi quadrati situata all'ottavo piano della Torre 4, la torre più recente a Long Beach. Il resort è vicino a tutto ciò da ottimi ristoranti a un super WalMart proprio dall'altra parte della strada! C'è una grande piscina laguna (6800 piedi quadrati) con isole e cascate, tre centri termali idromassaggio, due piscine polinesiane (riscaldate stagionalmente), bar in loco e grill (stagionale), noleggio di jet ski / ombrellone in loco e 24 accesso con cancello di ora e sicurezza con abbondanza di parcheggio.

Il soggiorno ha un 47 "TV / sistema DVD con abbondanza di comodi posti a sedere e di un divano letto queen size. C'è un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e due letti queen size nella seconda camera da letto, entrambe le camere sono dotate di nuovo televisore a schermo piatto di. Ogni camera ha un bagno completo con doppio lavabo in marmo e grandi vasche da giardino marmo. La cucina dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici e stoviglie necessarie con un sacco di armadi aggiornati per memorizzare la vostra spesa! Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo e due camere da letto si aprono sul balcone con vista 1300 mq di spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Questa unità è non fumatori, Animali domestici non permessi, e affittuario deve essere di almeno 25 anni di età e Occupy l'Unità per l'intero periodo di noleggio !!

Couldn’t have chose a better place!

One of the top best resorts you can stay in my opinion. Elevators were always quick, the location was phenomenal and the ocean view from all the beds, the balcony beach view, and the view you get being anywhere inside from the floor to ceiling windows was so top tier. The easy access to the beach and to any of the pools on property was so convenient and my kid loved it. I would book this property every single time i came back!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Panama City Beach!

From day one my family and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed a wonderful week. Accommodation were great, the view breathtaking to wake up to and go to bed to. The beach beautiful and water perfect evening swim. Loved having the beach chairs and extra the owners provided. Nearby restaurants are great!!!

Long Beach 3rd stay

Property is great. This unit could have used a good cleaning but you cant beat the floor to ceiling windows and the open, spacious layout, and that view!!! Condo was set up nicely, with some great upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms need some work. A little dated but still well equipped. The room wasnt dusty, dirty or sandy, but we just had to rewipe surfaces that were visible and missed during the last cleaning (fridge, table and chairs, night stands). Bedding was clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy meals and the view. Plenty of dishes to make your own meals, a nice keurig and newer washer and dryer. This was our 3rd stay at this resort. They keep all hallways, pools and common areas very clean, and have an amazing lagoon pool, which is perfect for when double red flags are flying. We highly recommend Long Beach.

Our Spring Break 23

Don’t hesitate to rent ….This condo was by far the nicest I’ve stayed in . The location was GREAT and the condo was equipped with anything you could ask for . The kitchen was very nice with nice appliances.It even had very nice durable dishes and utensils . It was equipped with hand soap , detergent , and washing pods . I had an issue with my door code (my fault,smh ) each time I called there was no hesitation in an answer or call back . The only thing I didn’t care for was the grout (cement material ) in bottom of garden tub or shower , but we managed with that since we had swim/shower shoes. It Would’ve been nice to soak in garden tub though after long walk on beach . The beach service was a plus too ! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again !

Great time but cleaning service needs work

We stay at Long Brach twice a year and love it! This was by far one of our top condos. Updated nicely with nice furniture and set up. Our only issues was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I had ti go buy cleaners and bleach for the bathrooms and the towels. All the towels had a fu my moldy odor. There was hair… and I mean tons all over the bathroom floors. There was hair stuck to the walls in both showers. The bathroom with the two beds had a very dirty bath rug that was also very hazardous in the tile floor. The tub/shower combo had pink soap scum mold all over it and the shower spray had chunks of black mold. All it takes is a tooth brush and scrubbing to clean it. The sinks had dried toothpaste on faucets and in drains. I went and got washing supplies and spent the first couple hours there cleaning bathrooms and washing the towels. I know and get its hard to clean it perfectly but the state of bathrooms was like it wasent cleaned at all. Other than that it was beautiful. Kitchen update especially was very nice!

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. No major complaints from my wife or me... Everything was pretty much as pictured. A few minor things that needed attention, but that's the case in most places. The view is fantastic, and we both enjoyed the deck furniture. Overall, the property is quiet and well kept. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cleanliness failure

The property was exactly as described. There was a beautiful view and the property itself was very nice; however, the cleanliness left much to be desired. At face value everything looked fine but there was just 1 tragedy after another upon further investigation. No major investigation was needed just basic simple things like sweeping the floors, washing the dishes, CHANGING THE LINENS. I would suggest washing your own linens upon arrival because clearly basic cleaning is not a priority.
