Blue Villa on Emerald Coast is a newly designed home and has a short walk to the beach(approx 4 mins). This home has 2400+ sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an outdoor shower. Three-level building with plenty of outdoor living. Especially the third level deck is meticulously designed to comfort the guests with Conversational sets, a fire table, a grill, and dining seating with a fire table. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset with all the comforts at your convenience and plenty of space.

Welcome to Blue Villa on the Emerald Coast!! A short walk to the picture-perfect white sand beaches.
Enjoy the new building with all new furnishings and an open floor plan with brand-new TVs in each bedroom. A place to make your vacation memorable and make you feel welcome to come back.

Sleeps 15 - 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
Ample parking space for 4 vehicles on the paved entrance

Ground Floor:
Spacious open floor plan with living room conversation sofas, 65" TV, Dining table with 6 seats, 3 High chairs for breakfast at the kitchen counter, and Coffee seating to enjoy a relaxing coffee for the couple. Coffee space with supplies.
One Bedroom with a 55-inch TV and a King Bed. Full Bathroom entry from the bedroom as well as living area.

First Floor:
Spacious Master Bedrooms with both king beds and dressing tables, walk-in closets, Relaxing recliner to enjoy alone time reading a book, workspace in the bedroom, Day bed(Convertible to queen sleeper). The master bedroom has a walk-in shower for couples.

Second Floor:
Spacious room with Bunk Beds (4 twin and 2 full beds). Has a couch with a queen-size sleeper option. Coffee space with supplies.

A starter set of toiletries is included in each bathroom:
- paper towels.
- toilet tissue.
- shampoo.
- conditioner.
- body wash.
- lotion.
- Toothbrush and paste.

Kitchen:
- dishwasher tabs.
- liquid dish soap.
- dish sponge.
