Listing Description:
Welcome to Bohemian Paradise-a newly renovated, family-friendly townhome featuring beautiful décor and room to sleep 8 guests in a gated community with two pools, only 1-block from the beach! Enjoy a full kitchen with well-appointed dining & living spaces, laundry room and child-friendly features 20-mins from the Panama City Beach airport near the best shopping, dining, beaches, waterpark, museums, and all the best attractions the Emerald Coast has to offer! (Must be 25 years or older to rent)

Your Property:
Bedroom: First Floor (1 total)
The ground floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom suite allows access to all of the home's amenities, all on the lower level and opens to the back patio.

Bedrooms: Second Floor (2 total)
The second floor hallway leads to 2 bedrooms: One with a queen-sized bed, and one "bunk room" with two kid-friendly, twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 total beds). These bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Living Spaces:
The ground floor features a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV, two nap-worthy 3-seat sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to gather after a day at the beach!

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a Keurig coffee maker and french-door refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. (Publix is 1.5 miles away) The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for family dinners. The adjacent kitchen island with 4 bar stools makes for a great breakfast bar!

Outdoor Spaces
Outside, the ground-level backyard patio is equipped with portable charcoal grill. You will also see additional parking along the street behind the home and a fenced playground.

The front of the home features a 2-car driveway. As a guest, you will have access to the two large swimming pools, located near the community entrance. You will find the beach easy to access by a 0.7 mile walk, or 8-min drive! There is also a Trampoline park and bar/restaurant a short trail walk away, located behind the playground.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Family Vacation 2025

My review : The place was VERY clean and the decor was beautiful. However I don't feel this spot is a beach vacation for family but would be good for a business conventions or other events. This was very disappointing for my family, the place is not 1 block away from the beach, the master bedroom has a door that leads to the back yard. Not a beautiful scenery, there not a place to relax outside to read a book or morning tea. No privacy or covering from the sun. The fridge leaks if you turn on the the ice maker, need a little cosmetic touch up on fixtures in the bathrooms.
