Welcome to Shores of Panama 1313. This spectacular 13th-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for a small family vacation or private getaway. The master bedroom offers amazing Gulf views from the king bed. A bunk room provides a twin-over-twin bunk, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen offers those same amazing views all while preparing your favorite meal and has an eat-at bar. The XL balcony is perfect for lounging with your favorite beverage while you take in the evening sunsets while the living room is perfect for enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. Enjoy convenient parking outside of the condo. Let the view coax you downstairs and spend your days in the sand, soaking up the warm sunshine.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*


Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk setup in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
