Very clean property, perfect for our stay. We were in town for the baseball World Series and brought the grand parents with us. There was plenty of space and it was just a quick walk to the beach. There was a golf cart and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas etc.

The house was the perfect size and space for me, and my high school spring breakers! The right amount of space for everyone! Great location next to the beach! The house had plenty of blankets, towels, and amenities! I usually try to bring my own, to insure I have what I need, and the house had everything I was looking for! Thank again!

We stayed in this home few years ago before being remodeled. We were impressed with the extend of upgrade and modification to the floor-plan, specially with the upgrade of the bathrooms. We liked the furniture and the high quality of kitchen appliances. There are extensive supply of beach umbrellas and chairs. Golf card is a late model and very easy to work with. It makes it very convenient to drive it to close by restaurants, grocery store and the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our stay in it. Only recommendation we have is for having an instruction on location of the digital key to golf card, light switches to master bedroom table light, and replacement of rusting pizza and bread baking pan. We highly recommend this vacation home and certainly reserve it for future stay.

The property over all was ok. The garage was a sandy, chaotic mess. Tents, wagon, toys just thrown in the back. Half of the turf grass had been cut and was tossed in the corner. The golf cart which is a nice addition was very sandy and dirty.. The king bedroom downstairs had no bed skirt, exposing box springs. The master bedroom had no closet, it’s a lock -out for the owners. The full bedroom upstairs had a closet, but was full of shams, and comforters. This made limited space for hanging clothes which had to be shared with the master bedroom. There was also no chest of drawers for folded clothes in the upstairs full bedroom. The sofa was very dirty. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. The back yard was overgrown and not useable. The location is within walking distance to the beach and Thomas Donuts and Carousel are a wonderful bonus.
