Enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want it to be! Relax after a long day at the beach in the King Master and wash away the salty sand in the en-suite bath with a double vanity and remodeled large walk-in shower.

In the first guest room, you will find a cozy queen size bed and a tv with a Pier Park view! The 2nd guest room has a twin over twin bunk with a tv perfect for kids and teens.

The Gulf View living room provides great space to gather and offers additional sleeping for 2 with a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining table and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.

Sip your beverage of choice on the private balcony which boasts spectacular "Emerald Coast" views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands and unforgettable beach sunsets.

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Calypso Resort features TWO beachfront 23-story towers. The resort includes 2 large beachfront (seasonally heated) pools, surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim.

This condo is within walking distance of Pier Plaza, making it the perfect location for my teenage kids to walk or fish. We encountered a few issues at first, including the cleanliness of the condo, a broken coffee maker, and a broken vacuum. However, our host sent someone the next day to address the cleaning issue. When I requested a crockpot, they also delivered one along with a new coffee maker the following day. I wish there had been more pans available, especially for families like ours that cook breakfast daily. Overall, we will definitely book this condo again.

The location was great and the condo was nice. However there was very little detergent, toilet paper, or paper towels provided. No laundry detergent. Nothing to clean counters with. The floors didn’t seem very clean either. Had to go to the store just to have enough essentials and cleaning supplies for a 5 day stay.

Nicely decorated but that’s about it.

The condo was nicely decorated but was not clean. It was clear that whoever cleaned it only does a surface level cleaning. The dishes looked like they had been put away dirty, the appliances were dirty on the inside, and even the drawers had food caked on the sides. The mattresses in all three bedrooms were terrible. I realize that this is opinion but out of the six of us, zero had a good night sleep. The wait for the elevators was not bad but parking was awful. The pools were not clean and the tiki bar area smelled like garbage. The kids were yelled at for throwing a ball in the pool and adults were told we couldn’t have drinks in the pool area. The beach chair crew was very friendly and accommodating but the fact that other people were allowed to set up canopies and umbrellas/chairs right in front of the rental chairs not only made us feel like we were smashed in like sardines but also blocked the view of the water. As far as the location goes, traffic was a nightmare and and police and fire vehicles were kept busy at all hours of the day. I thought this would be a good destination for my teens but I didn’t feel safe having them walk around by themselves. We actually ended up leaving a day early just to get a break from what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I feel like I paid luxury prices for a run-down experience. I’ve stayed in several VRBO rentals in the past but this is the first time that I was not happy with our stay.

Beautiful vacation

We loved the property-everything was too-notch-beautiful decorations and wonderful view!! Plenty of towels, dishes, glasses , silverware, and pots and pans. So clean and the beds were super comfortable!! We had a minor problem with our dishwasher and Teresa was there within 1/2 hour! Stellar customer service! Highly recommend-would stay there again and again!!!

Fall break 2022

I got a message from the property manager while still on our drive there saying the condo was ready and we could check in early. That was great! Upon arrival, everything looked good other than it seemed the housekeepers rushed through their cleaning process. There were wrappers still on the floor and hair still in the shower...GROSS! But, We didn't let that ruin the vacay. The master closet light was out so I messaged the property manager and she had it fixed within the hour. We have been coming to PCB for 6 years and usually every condo we stay at has toys for the beach. This one did not...bummer. We purchased some and left them there so hopefully the next guest with children will be able to use them. The biggest complaint I had was the master bed. I have sores on my hips from the mastress springs and my back is all jacked. I would highly recommend to the property manager to invest in a new master mattress. You would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for that. Overall though, very nice condo. Thank you for letting us stay.

We rented two condos. The condos had the same floor plan. Same place. I paid $900 more. The fees are ridiculous.

Room looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the bunk beds room for the kids, great views, plenty of space, and overall great room! The owner was great to communicate with as well!!!
