Relax in one of the three colorful bedrooms after a day at the beach. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your room.

The master bedroom features a bright blue accent wall and is furnished with a cozy king-sized bed. The walk-in closet and dresser provide plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. This room has an ensuite bathroom so you can enjoy your morning and bedtime routines in privacy.

The second bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and a charming wooden bedside table, so you have a convenient place to put your book or device before bed.

The third bedroom is perfect for children, young adults, or singles in your group as it's furnished with a 1 full on full bunk bed. Plus, this room has an air hockey table and board games to keep everyone entertained.

There's a comfortable sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

☆ BATHROOMS ☆
Wash up after a day at the beach in one of the two spacious full bathrooms. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels (including pool towels) and a starter pack of basic toiletries for your convenience. Depending on how long your stay is, you may need to replenish these!

One bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and includes a large double vanity with plenty of counter space. There's also a shower and tub combination, so you have your choice of shower or bath. The other bathroom also has a shower and tub combination and bright lighting.

☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆
The lovely kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, blender, toaster, and refrigerator, and all the cookware, utensils, and cooking basics you need to whip up a delicious meal for friends and family. You'll find kitchen basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, and a variety of spices to use at your convenience.

Help yourself to the complimentary coffee at the fully stocked coffee station, which features both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker as well as creamer and sugar. Enjoy your beverage at the counter (seating for 3) or at the lovely wood dining table (seating for 6).

The living room area right across from the kitchen is the perfect place to relax, socialize, and make holiday memories with your family. Two inviting sofas provide plenty of lounging space and the flat-screen TV can be used to stream all your favorite movies or shows. There are board games in the home for the whole family to enjoy.

Traveling while working? The wifi and spacious dining table are perfect for setting up a home office when you have some work to finish up.

☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆
Located just outside the lounge is a screened-in sunroom with several comfortable seats and a coffee table, so you can enjoy snacks or drinks while taking in the fresh air. The large backyard provides plenty of space for children to play, but keep in mind that it's not fenced!

Grab the beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys provided when heading out to the sandy beach for a day in the sun. Need a refreshing swim? You have access to a community pool for your enjoyment if you stay between April to October. There's also a children's playground nearby to keep the kids active.

Parking is available in the garage and driveway for up to two cars. Street parking is not permitted.

Pet policy: Maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property unless approved by owner.

1. Pet fees is an additional $75 per pet per stay.
2. Please pick up after your pet.
3. Pet should be leashed at all times when walking in the neighborhood
4. We ask that your pet does not climb the beds or furniture.
