  • Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach home with a bunk area is a comfortable residence with plenty of room for up to 7. We selected this beach property because we think it's a perfect place for our family, our friends and other folks who are looking to have a memorable family vacation. This is a special place for us, and we want to make sure it's just as special for you! We offer guests a vacation rental that should entice you to return year after year.

    Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

    This is a 570-unit, 30-story, luxurious condominium residence that offers the perfect balance between being close to everything but far enough away so that you don't spend your time stuck in traffic. Tidewater Beach Resort overlooks more than two football fields' worth of white-sand beach. The building is located on the beach and very close so that the gulf is just a few steps from the elevator.

    Situated on the west side of Panama City Beach, this condo is just three-quarters of a mile from Pier Park, offering 124 shops, diverse restaurants, a Grand IMAX theater, Dave and Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and more entertainment options. Dining options nearby include Pompano Joe's Seafood House, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Hook'd Pier Bar and Grill, and Fatty's Sandwich Shop. Russell-Fields Pier is less than a mile east; Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a short four-mile drive. This community is just five minutes away from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, a 200-acre outdoor recreational facility. Tidewater is just fifteen minutes from ECP airport.

    On-site, enjoy world-class amenities such as private beach access, two seasonally heated pools and hot tubs with Gulf views, an indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a well-equipped fitness center (with beach views!), steam room, sauna, and a movie theater! For the diehard fans, there is a Starbucks Café onsite.

    The living space is very comfortable, so you won't feel cramped when you're in the property. There is warm earth-toned tile in the kitchen and hallway with matching carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. The balcony comfortably seats 4 and offers breathtaking views of the world's most beautiful beach and the Emerald green waters of the Gulf. You'll want to spend a lot of time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You'll want to enjoy your morning coffee out here. And make sure you take time to enjoy the perfect sunsets over the world's most beautiful beach.

    About the Community/Property:

    Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which features more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Tidewater is also one of the few resorts in the area with onsite security, adding an extra level of convenience and peace of mind for guests during their stay.

    Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities, including two outdoor pools overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The resort also features 7 elevators, which helps make access throughout the property more convenient. Frank Brown Park is just a short distance away with more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails.

    Parking:

    All guests must pre-register with the resort! Sooner is better since there are additional fees (and long lines) associated with registering late. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You'll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

    The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.

    Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

    Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner's/renter's expense.

    Helpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (10-11am). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!

    Loading and Cart Info
    • There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.
    • Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.
    • Please return carts promptly after use so they're available for other guests.

    Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.

    Wristband Return Reminder: At check-out, please return all wristbands to the same reservation desk where you picked them up. You'll find the return box at the reservation desk on the 2nd floor of the resort. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

    PREREGISTRATION FEES (pre-registration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $70 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

    LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $80 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

    For the security of our guests and the safety of the resort, there are external security cameras located in the garage.

    Other details to note:

    Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.

    Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.

    A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

    You will find the 2 oversized lagoon-style outdoor pools on either end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. Our indoor pool is heated while the outdoor pools are not heated.

    Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Our host was top notch! David's quick responses to any questions we had was above and beyond. The condo has spectacular views and suited our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I have is maybe a furniture update or cleaning.

Asked for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. With this place got a 3bedroom 3 bath! Meaning everyone got their own space! It was a boys trip but the boys sqid it was wonderful! Clean and a great location!

Great place

Such a cute place and you can’t beat the location. The elevators are challenging because some were out of service, but that’s not the condos fault. Perfect for a small family wanting a nice getaway!

Wonderful view

Overall our stay was great, however, not having wifi for two days was a problem, the tv in the bunk bed room didn't work and the place could use a few updates. Other than that, we had a great time and the location was perfect.

Stay somewhere else

Our unit was filthy. Not sure it was cleaned before our stay. Trash on floor, toilets were definitely not cleaned, balcony furniture broken and in bad shape. Toilet in king bedroom ran constantly and could tell there was water damage previously. Tile in kitchen was bowed up as well. Room definitely needs a deep clean and updating for the price.

Room was clean and cozy. However we had no toilet paper or paper towels upon arrival. However -Elevators at the resort are frustrating - even being 3rd floor required is taking steps almost every time we came and went due to excessive wait times.

Wonderful view

This property was great. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Property was great lots of security on the grounds so we felt safe. The view was spectacular. Only complaint is that the elevators were a nightmare waited 30 min with all of luggage cause their were no luggage carts available ended up taking the stairs. I would def stay again and recommend
