Coastal Chic Inlet Beach House minutes from the beach and 30A

Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home in quaint Inlet Beach neighborhood with short walk or bike ride to beach access and 5 minute drive to historic 30a. Home is located adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and offers access to community lake-front pool and private access to Powell Lake. Enjoy days on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and evenings relaxing by the pool, exploring the lake by kayak or paddle board, or fishing off the peer.

Our coastal, comfy family home features an open floor plan perfect for game and movie nights. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen around the large island, or grill out and enjoy the expansive outdoor patio equipped with gas grill, firepit and seating for all. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is a true master suite, complete with king bed, desk, large HD TV and jetted tub in the private master bathroom. Guest room features a queen bed and large HD TV. The bunk room is cozy for kids and adults alike with two, twin over full bunks. Regardless of the room everyone will enjoy a great night sleep on the upgraded mattresses throughout the entire home, including the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The house is fully equipped for a short or long stay with high speed wireless internet. You can find all the basic beach gear for your use in the garage including wagon, small cooler, beach chairs and various toys. All you need to bring are your beach towels and sunscreen!

Conveniently located within walking distance to Inlet beach, Shoppes at Inlet and 30Avenue. Short drive to Rosemary, Seaside, Alys Beache and The Hub. 25 Minutes from Northwest Florida Beach International Airport (ECP), 1 hour from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) and 1 hour 45 minutes from Pensacola International Airport (PNS).

Absolutely Perfect for 30a

It’s not in the heart of rosemary beach but it’s a 3 minute drive to the heart of town and it’s more than I could ever ask for. The neighborhood is quiet and the driveway held me and my friends 3 cars perfectly without issue. The check in and check out process was seamless. She had plenty of beach gear and the beach was just down the road and absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hidden gem

Wonderful, confortable, equipped and well stocked vacation home. This beautiful house sits very close to the start/end of 30A. 2-3 mines from Phillips Inlet public beach access (with sand showers and facilities) with sufficient parking and not to crowded. 5-3 minutes to the Rose Mary beach/plaza. If you like riding bicycles like us, all this area is bicycle paradise very close. The house is super clean and puts you in vacation mode immediately. The outdoor area where the grill and the fire pit are located is very nice and relaxing. At the end of every day we just started the gas fire pit, brought some marshmallows and refreshments and it was perfect. In the garage you'll find a beach umbrella, a cart, toys, etc. Very well equipped for everything you need for a day at the beach. Communication with Kelly is excellent and can't say enough good things about the place. Will definitely be back.

Great location with everything we needed!

Highly highly recommend Inlet Skye! Great proximity to public beach access and restaurants and the owners provided everything we needed for dishes, laundry, and all the beach goodies you need. It felt like we were at home. This was the coziest and best equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in.

Look no further

Wow! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you can think of. The only thing you need is your own clothe and that’s it. We traveled from Texas with beach stuff like wagons, chairs, canopies, toys, etc.., but this place had it all. We didn’t need to take anything. It’s located in a quiet community with very close proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway in Inlet Beach

First, it was a very nice home - nicely decorated, clean, well-equipped, and it was in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the owner was great - very timely and helpful. The property contained everything we needed plus more that made our trip even more enjoyable - including a wonderful back deck and fire pit, beach chairs, games, seasonings in the kitchen, and more. The only drawback was accessibility to the beach was not easy - it's necessary to cross a fairly major highway to get to the beach. It worked out great for our group of adults & teens to get there on our bikes. And we enjoyed a more peaceful area of beach during spring break week because it was not as densely populated as the nearby beach towns. We would definitely return again!

Beach home away from home

Everything about this property is wonderful! From the super short walk to the beach, to the community pool, to the design and decor of this house- it felt exactly like home! We stayed for the second half of spring break and had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the house had all the amenities from home ( think games, beach toys, and AppleTV) and even a deck out back with a fire pit. Wonderful owner interaction made for the perfect trip to restore and relax.

Amazing house in inlet beach

Stayed at this property 4 nights and loved every minute of the trip. The check in process is easy and upon checking in the house was very clean and smelled amazing. All fixtures and appliances were up to date. The weather was not ideal for our stay but being so close to Panama City we made the most of the weather. The house is in a very nice community with a wonderful pool. The walk to the beach was only 10 minute walk but there was a large highway that had to be crossed. Overall loved our stay and 100% would recommend to anyone looking to stay in 30A region.

Cosy vacation home

The perfect spot for our family of 6 + 2 Grandparents

We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning to make this our spot for all beach vacations since we love 30A. The house was perfect for us on multiple fronts. The house is very spacious and did not feel crowded at all, and we had 3 kids ages 3-7 running around as well as a 10 month old crawling around. The bedroom set up was perfect as well, including the perfectly sized walk in closed in the master bedroom that doubled as the bedroom for our 10 month old and her pack-n-play she slept in. Having the empty garage to store all of our beach gear was nice as well. Then the location is prime. The neighborhood was secluded and very peaceful. The pool was never packed when we chose that over the beach; and the beach is an easy 10 minute walk or 3 minute car ride away. And finally, being 5 minutes from Rosemary Beach, 4 minutes from a Publix (that was never crowded), and less than 10 minutes from literally anything else you might need is a HUGE plus. We were nervous about having to stay somewhere other than Gulf Shores where we normally go, but Inlet Beach has officially won our hearts and specifically this cottage!
