"Coral Chic" 238 Gorgeous Studio-Walk to the Beach

Experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets! Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of the C Building in the resort and is only minutes away from the beach. Our home is outfitted with a plush king bed and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

Location, relaxation, and good times sum up this fabulous community, located in the heart of Florida's scenic highway 30A corridor in Seacrest Beach. Snuggled between Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach, within steps of local eateries, as well as the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast, this property is sure to provide you with that re-energizing vacation you've been waiting for!

Nestled between glamorous Alys Beach (a few blocks west) and The Village of Rosemary Beach (a block east), the Villages of South Walton at Seacrest Beach offer the very best of all. Walk to the quaint shops located nearby, the wine and craft bars that dot the area, or just head to the beach, and get your toes into the powdered-sugar white sands and azure colored water of the best beaches on the Emerald Coast!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald-blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.

The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests over the age of 9 to gain access to this area.

The Villages of South Walton offers guests conveniently located community pools (one seasonally heated). The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is 11. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.

Amenity Wristbands: In the condo's kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).

Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H. All guests 10 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access the Tram. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.

Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.

Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.

Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.

Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Beautiful, renovated condo located in Building C and is a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach! Just steps away from the community pool (heated seasonally). Fully appointed kitchen with upgraded appliances; indeed, premium upscale furnishings throughout. Tastefully decorated with beachy decor to remind you of the comforting feeling that the beach is very just a hop, skip and jump away! Perfect for Families!
This 0-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:
There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone, with a King Bed, a Queen Murphy Bed and a Pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Walking into this unit, you will instantly notice the attention to detail that the owner has taken to providing a relaxing, coastal yet contemporary atmosphere for their guests. This unit has upgraded appliances, white Carrera marble countertops, convection oven, a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, beautiful light wood floors, and flat screen T.V.'s. There is also a Dining Room table with seating for four, for those nights when you'd rather eat in. All cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. Please note there is no balcony in this unit.
Additional complimentary amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dish-washing detergent, trash bags, coffee kit, towels, and linens. All you need is your toothbrush, beach towels, and a bathing suit!
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

In regards to parking at the Village of South Walton, there are no parking passes needed at this property. Guests may park anywhere in the parking lot that is nearby the building where your vacation rental is located. While there are over 200 public parking spaces, they are first-come, first-served.

The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).

At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn left. Building C is the 1st building on the left. You can park anywhere in the parking lot.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor. When exiting the elevator, look for unit B238.

Other details to note:

The HVAC unit is controlled by a remote left in your room. To adjust temperature or fan speed you must point the remote at the HVAC unit.

Please note: while all unit numbers are preceded by the letter B, that has no bearing on what building your condo is in. Please look carefully both at the address we provide for your vacation rental (found above) as well as the parking information shared with you in the Welcome Packet.

A laundry facility is available for guest use and located on the 2nd floor corridor of your building. Washers and dryers are equipped with credit card readers (coins are no longer accepted).

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Loved this little place. Great location. Love there is a tram to take and pick up for the beach. Room is right in the the heart of the square and there is a speaker right near the window. Bot sure what time it turned off but it was early enough. Was not so loud that you couldn't watch TV. It was not a bother for me but i could see that it may bother some people.

Perfect spot

We loved staying in The Village of South Walton Beach. Close to shops, dining, live music and rental bikes right outside our door. The pools were just steps away with one being heated. The unit was beautifully decorated and we will definitely be back in the future!

Nice Stay

Place was clean, had a beach chair and some beach toys in the closet for guests. Live music plays right outside until 10:00 pm (but didn’t bother us). Air conditioner worked great. Only thing I noticed was box spring on main bed had a stain and so did the bench. Small crack on floor leading to bathroom but overall good stay and good location. No balcony. Beach access is very small but we knew that b/c we have stayed in same area before. Murphy bed on the wall is comfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

We loved the location! It was within walking distance of lots of dining options and shopping. The only thing missing was a balcony to sip coffee on. But you could hear the music from peddlers pub in the evening… which was lovely. It was decorated so cute and was fully stocked with everything you could need. Owners were very responsive to any and all requests. Would definitely recommend!
