Perfect beachouse!

This was a perfect beach house for our trip. The owners have taken great care to make sure every single need is anticipated and met! Love the decorative touches. Owner had great communication and was so easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Close to the beach and so much more!

We come to this area every spring and have stayed in several different rental locations. This one takes the cake by far. It was close enough to the beach and the state park for easy access, and far enough away from the hussle bussle for peace and quiet. Having the golf carts added an element of fun. Also Kristy is a great host. Super responsive and always nearby if we needed something. We will return an recommend that you visit too!

Great location, golf carts made beach trips so easy!

We had a great time! The community had great amenities (pool, pickleball, fishing pier). The location was great and the golf carts made it so easy to bring all of our beach chairs, tents, etc right up to the beach. The house is very compact, but very clean and fully functional. We would definitely stay again!

Great Place!

We loved staying at this house. Kristy was so easy to work with. We actually enjoyed staying here more than a condo on the beach since you never have to wait on elevators, you can drive the golf cart right up to the pool and beach entrance. We can't wait to come back!! Thank you, Kristy for your kindness!

Lovely Place To Stay

The location was absolutely beautiful to have a beach getaway! The golf cart made things so easy to travel from home to beach and pools. The entire family truly enjoyed the stay! Would absolutely stay again. Kristy was a great host and while there was an initial hiccup in regards to our stay, she absolutely made things right and was very easy to communicate with. Would recommend anyone looking for a nice beach vacation stay, look no further!

Amazing place for kids

We enjoyed Venture Out and will be coming again! The house was very quaint and cozy! I’m not complaining just stating things that wished were there to make the stay a bit more cozy. There was no where to hang towels or wet suits. Not a full set of utensils and the cooking supplies were minimal. The grill hasn’t been taken care of so didn’t use. Other than those few minor things the stay was great! We had an issue with some power and the owners were there in two hours to fix the problem and had no more issues! Thank you for sharing your house!

Just perfect

This little beach house was everything we wanted and more! Super cute, convenient to the beach and pool, and the golf cart was a great bonus. We had a great time and I will definitely book with Kristy again! She’s very nice and communication was fast and easy. My only concern was the rude check-in staff, but hey-we only dealt with them for 2 minutes. Thank you!!!

Loved it

Venture Out is a great place to stay. I loved not having to find a parking spot and not having to wait on elevators. You can just park and unload everything at the door. The property has 24 hr security which is a plus for me. The place was very clean and had what we needed. We loved having the golf cart to get to beach and pools. Kristy the owner is very nice and helpful. This is where you want to stay for sure

Home away from home

We have always been condo people when we go to the beach. For many years our baseball team family’s stayed in Venture Out. We decided it was time to give it a try. Absolutely loved it. Waiting on elevators, no lugging things multiple floors. No worries if hearing the neighbors. You pull right up to your place and walk straight in. Kristy’s place exceeded our expectations. Super homy, very cozy and with everything you need right there. The golf cart was a hit as well. She was very easy to communicate with and took care of my mistakes on the registration process. The porch is huge and the grill came in handy. This particular house is also positioned so that the sun doesn’t hit the porch until later in the afternoon. Many of the families that have stayed at multiple places within Venture Out stopped by and had a ton of compliments on Kristy’s place compared to some of the other places they have stayed at in the past. Beach right across the street, two pools, small rec area along with bay side access and a fishing pier. Many great restaurants within a mile of the place too.

Great Place to spend a week on the beach!

In general the house was very nice, comfortable and convenient to everything in Panama City Beach. However; it needs a general deep cleaning and some extermination service to get rid of palmetto bugs. The furniture especially in the living room needs updating and/or cleaning. We would certainly stay there again if the above things are completed.

AMAZING!

This has been the nicest property I've stayed at in Venture Out and this is the ONLY place I stay at when I visit PCB. Kristy was so nice, very responsive, and overall a great host. I hope I'm able to book this property again, but I imagine it will stay booked up being how nice it is! 5 STARS hands down!!
