Cute Newly Remodeled!! 500 feet to Beach!

Top Shelf 47: Welcome to the charming, southern quadplex with a modern beach vibe! Just a short distance from the beach access you’ll have fun in the sun all day long. When the fun winds down you’ll feel cozy, and at home in the newly renovated unit. Top Shelf 47 is a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom that sleeps 5 comfortably. The master has a queen bed, and the spare room had a twin-over-full bunk. Vacation often makes us hungry and if you’re the chef in the family you will enjoy cooking with the new stainless-steel appliances. Top Shelf 47 is approximately 2.5 miles from Pier Park where you can check out local eateries and shopping.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

If you are looking for a unit that can have multiple families staying right next to each other this unit is perfect. Below are the Vrbo numbers for the other units: DWB: 3184835, DWA: 2838298

This unit is NOT beachfront. It is a 2-3 min walk away.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Cute remodel close to the beach

A clean and cozy space. My husband and a couple of our preteen/teens enjoyed a nice quiet stay. It’s a quick walk to pier 47 which is a less crowded spot on the beach. Not once did we have trouble finding a nice area to set up right off the pier. It was also close to plenty of shopping centers as well as places to eat. Obviously, we were looking to relax and the house as well as its location was perfect for our group.

Family Vacation

Property was just as described. It was super clean. Well equipped kitchen. It was only a couple minutes from the beach. And the property manager Andrea was easy to contact and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

wonderful vacation

All the descriptions correspond, everything is clean, everything you need is there, the property manager responds very quickly. The freezer in our refrigerator did not freeze, we tried to solve this problem all week, in the end we did not have time to evaluate the new refrigerator, but the next vacationer will have a new one))) Very close to the ocean. From the room on the second floor you can see the ocean. We were satisfied

Amazing Stay

We had the best time at this condo! Everything was clean, had the most amazing view, the pool and beach access were amazing. The food on site at the Shores of Panama was a hit for us as well. Made a lot of dinners quick and never had to leave the pool/beach area. Will 100% stay with them again!

Perfect for a beach vacation

Amazing Stay

We loved this spot. Location was very close to beach marker 47. About a 3 min walk. It was a great jumping off spot for St Andrews beach/state park ($8 admission) beautiful beach ++shells. Also went to Crooked island beach (+++++shells) Mexico beach about 45 min drive and Cape SanBlas. All worth checking out! Lots to do within 5 mins of the house. Very clean and has a well appointed kitchen! Host (Andrea) gets top marks. She was super helpful! We will definitely be back. Looking to book for a month next year!

Top Shelf unit c

Super cute and comfortable!! Was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 year old enjoyed having a big bed to herself. Clean unit. There is a wagon for the beach, which is in walking distance, but we drove and used our own wagon. We had a little issue with the AC and contacted thru VRBO, who then mantienence contacted us, ans the owner was suppose to contact maintenance, and get back to us, but didnt for 2 days until we called again. It eneded up all being ok. I definitely would book again, as location is great! Stairs are a bummee with a baby and a toddler, but we knew that when we booked 😆.

Ideal location

Property was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Perfect distance from the busier area near Pier Park. Ideal for a family as the walk to the beach was short and very manageable. Will stay again. Owners were super friendly as well.

Mother Daughter beach trip

Took a 5 night (not long enough lol) vacation here at the end of June with my mom and sisters and it was just perfect! This place is right across from the beach, a very easy walk . They even provide a wagon to take to the beach if you need it. The only thing that would help would be a water source somewhere outside to spray off your feet before reentering (which is mild ) at least there is no carpet . This place is great, it’s conveniently located to everything, clean , cute and had everything we needed. We made a trip to Walmart the first night and filled the fridge up like we were at home. Communication with host was great as well, we even got a text saying the home was ready if we wanted to check in early but unfortunately we were still traveling to get there. We sooooo were not ready to leave …we even checked the booking to see if another night or two was available there but of course since it’s so great it was booked until some time in August . But we will certainly be back ! The only thing I will add to the host is the bunk beds are a bit wobbly but no one fell out so we are good …hahahaha Just thought it might need tightened a bit , we looked for an allen wrench but couldn’t find one.

Great location!

This place is basically one block from the beach. Very nicely decorated and appointed. Pull out couch surprisingly comfortable. One complaint--no wine key! (Which is about the worst thing that can happen to a mom bringing 5 girls to spring break!) Did have some sticker shock after booking when all fees were added. But truly a great find.

The best off the beach find

This property was an amazing find! It was so easy to get to the beach from the unit & was central to everything! The only complaint we have (which isn’t at the owners fault) was parking. If you have more than 2 small/medium size cars, be sure to know you have to park off property! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Home away from home

First walking in the apartment looked great and comfortable. We booked for 7 ppl all ranging from 14-65yrs of age. Description says sleeps 7 comfortably and that wasn’t entirely accurate. We stayed for 8 days and our backs are sore to say the least. The foldout couch bed was not comfortable and could only sleep the 14 yr old, I put the 18 yr old on the top bunk while me 37 & my 65 yr old mother took the bottom bunk. The other 65 yr old slept on the couch that wasn’t occupied from the fold out. The mattress is super thin on the bottom bunk and very uncomfortable. The bed in the other bedroom was amazing. The apt was at a great location for our planned activities and never had issues with the home itself.
