The Dunes of Panama is a gated property with 24 hour security. located in a palm tree resort setting on 1500 linear feet of sugar white sand beach. On the property, there are 3 Gulf front pools and a poolside tiki bar serving beverages. The smaller pool is heated from November until May. To ensure you enjoy your stay at this family friendly property, the Dunes of Panama offers tennis, 4 pickle ball courts an area for basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole plus an onsite fitness facility. Equipment for these sports can be checked out from the office in the C building. Swing sets for toddlers are located on the beach as well as a volleyball net for older teens. There are outdoor BBQ grills throughout the grounds. Located at the E building, there is a small family operated restaurant/bar: Stingrays. They serve pizza, sandwiches, light meals, daily specials and have live entertainment.

This extra large comfortable second floor condo is a corner/end unit. This west facing condo has spectacular beach, pool and sunset views! It has a deluxe floor plan based on1200 square feet and offers two generous sized bedrooms . This unit will accommodate 8 guests. The condo has new floor to ceiling slider doors and windows leading onto an oversize front balcony. This balcony has a wooden high table and 4 chairs for outside dining and 4 additional chairs with side tables to allow you to enjoy the view.

The living room has vinyl plank flooring , a large flat screen smart tv, cable, a queen pull out sofa and 3 comfortable chairs and opens to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats 6, along with the bar area that seats two. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and a large pantry.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 comfortable occasional chairs, TV/cable and dresser. The sliding glass doors lead onto the main balcony with a view of the beach and pool area . The primary bathroom includes a renovated vanity and a walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom has one queen size bed and two twin size beds. The bedroom also includes Tv/cable, and direct access to the second bathroom which has a new walk-in shower with glass doors and vanity. This bedroom’s private balcony is equipped with a small table and 2 chairs.

For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer located in the condo.
