Il nostro condominio al secondo piano è un 2 unità 2 camere da letto / bagno (A-206) è un ampio appartamento con una fantastica vista sul Golfo dalla camera da letto soggiorno e maestro - perfetto per guardare i delfini e Golfo del Messico. Living Room ha un divano letto nuovo di grado commerciale. grande TV a schermo piatto con balcone con vista sul Golfo ..

Ci sono posti a sedere per tre al Bar per colazione e pranzo insieme tavolo per 4. Il nostro condominio ha una lavatrice-asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Situato al secondo piano vicino all'ascensore.

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a blast! Everything was clean and the view was amazing! We would sit on the balcony in the mornings before the beach got busy and at night! There aren’t too many places that you are able to take your pets with you and be on beachfront! Most of the time we were there the one elevator was down but the wait was not terrible! Also being on the 2nd floor the stairs weren’t a bad option either! Check in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful! I hope to stay here again next year! (The support poles are still there but it did NOT take away from the beautiful view and did NOT make us feel any less safe)

Condo needs serious attention

I'll start with what was good. The AC worked great, the garbage disposal, the refrigerator and the maintenance guy (Lonnie) from Four Star Condo Services was super nice. Other than that, this condo needs serious attention! Lonnie fixed the front door & replaced batteries in a tv remote & tightened the door on the master shower door; however, the door at the bottom was still off track because a part was missing. None of the closet doors were on track. The blind in the front bedroom was 2 feet too short, so a passerby could easily squat down and see inside the room. I had to block with suitcases & bags. There were no hot pads, no measuring cups, broken pizza cutter, etc. It would not take much to update the kitchen to stock correctly, and as much money as it costs to rent, one would think this would be an easy fix. The balcony has 2 steel posts with wood 4x4s jacked up as if holding/securing the upstairs balcony. It's a little unsettling to see. There was a posted sign about construction going on, but I read a review back from April that this was present, so it remains. The pools were great and of course the view is awesome, but someone really should ask the owner to invest in updating the inside of this condo. We stayed in a different condo in building B for 4 days prior to moving to this unit in building A, and the difference was significant. I would never rent this specific unit again.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: beautiful view, quiet, clean, very nice pools, cloose walk to beach, close to elevator, dog stations with poop bags Cons: balcony being held up with metal poles, took away from room on balcony but better safe, no light outside door, elevators small and slow.

My adult daughter, my 2 grands and I stayed at this condo for 8 days. Check in was a breeze. We were totally disgusted by the condition of the condo. ALL the trim needs scrubbed and painted. Floors dirty (kids socks/feet black), kitchen cabinents need painted, 2 of the vanities had mold, balcony being held up by jack and blocks of wood, curtains filthy, hot water takes forever to heat up. I could go on and on. The Four Star Condo staff was nice when complaining about water and tub knobs being stripped (they did fix that). This condo is in building A, (the dog/pet building) and is definitely the older building. Buildings B and C much nicer. Pool areas and Tiki bar nice. Great location to beach. If the owner would spend just a little bit of time/money on this condo it could be great. Renter beware.

Five Stars

Great location. Condo was very clean and we had a nice time. Everyone was super nice and answered all of our questions. The only downside was the beds and pillows. The sheets were old and did not fit the beds and all of the pillows had huge lumps. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

The unit needs a lot of updates. The Appliances are in bad shape. The washer is so loud when you use it. The floors were dirty. But overall you had had a place to eat and sleep.

The beds were horrible hard as a rock . Shower door was falling off in master bathroom, the couch was very nasty ,refrigerator needs an ice maker ,the whole place needs to be remodeled . For the price people has to pay i expected better .This resort is for older crowds not a fun place to stay at all . The balcony and view and pool area were very good 👍.

Perfect!

This place was great! Loved the location, the views, and of course the beach and pools! Doggo even loved the dog path! Perfect for families. Floors were a bit dirty ( needs good mop) but I think that’s expected on the beach with the salty most air. No scissors or salt and pepper lol limited kitchen cookware and utensils but definitely enough to get the job done. Just not fancy. All in all very satisfied and will be back!!

Sofa was dirty and sits poorly with feeling the springs. Recliner was broken and sits poorly. There was a white wicker chair sits great. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable feeling and hearing the springs when you laid down or turned over. Musty smell. Master bathroom cabinets and mirror shows wear and tear with wood showing thru. Kitchen needs cooking utensils and some good silverware. The air conditioner worked well.

Condo definitely needs work master bathroom door is terrible.

Was shocked there was absolutely nothing there..no salt pepper aluminum foil sugar or flour no kind of any spices or coffee filters..I have rented alot of condos in area and there was always alittle something...3 chairs on balcony and 1 was totally broke couldn't sit even galf of us on balcony at one time...was very disappointed actually ..other than the condo we had a wonderful time

Perfect Location

The location of this unit was perfect! It is close to shopping, dining, and bars. Even the location of the beach was great, it was not as crowded as it was in front of the other buildings in the resort. The unit itself could use an upgrade and some paint but it wasn’t anything that I would consider a problem. They have two oscillating fans that really helped since the ceiling fans were not very powerful.

We stayed at this property in 2018. Much improvement and updates have been made. The pots and pans need to be thrown away and new ones bought, but other than that, it was a very nice trip. Would stay here again.

We loved the location, the unit could use a little TLC. The dishwasher wasn't working day one, it had to be replaced. One light went out in main bathroom that made it really dim and it was never replaced during our stay. Fire alarm in master started chirping at 11 PM every 15 seconds, my son was able to disconnect. Housekeeping should make sure appliances are working, when you opened dishwasher the dry powder was still there, it should have been taken care of before guests arrive. Change the batteries more often and keep a few light bulbs in condo.
