LIVING AREA

Relax and put your feet up; after all, you're at the beach! Unwind in the open concept living room with beautiful floors and tasteful beach decor. A couch and two chairs flank the living room provide ample seating for five with additional seating for three more at the nearby breakfast bar. Fall back into a seat and catch your favorite football game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN

Treat the family to a homestyle breakfast in the kitchen equipped with a fully updated kitchen. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes or some yummy chocolate chip cookies for a treat to enjoy after the beach. When it's time to dine, three people can dine at the kitchen island or cozy up to the tables on the balcony with seating for six with towering views of the tranquil lake and Panama City Beach.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 10 comfortably – up to 8 adults and 2 kids due to bunk bed limitations.

Wake up with a view of the lake and relax in the comfortable king size bed of the master suite. With its own ensuite bathroom with standing shower and a separate soaking tub (perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach,) the master bathroom will check all the boxes as your oasis at the beach!

The second bedroom boasts 2 twin beds and plenty of room for clothes in the closet (or to hide your luggage,) as well as easy access to the hallway bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and its own ensuite private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.

The kids will love their own private bunk with a twin-over-twin bunk bed where they can dream about tomorrow's new adventures.

The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults.

All the bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo contains a stacked washer and dryer perfect for refreshing your swimsuit after a day at the beach. A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony and capture the tranquil views of the lake. The balcony features eight chairs and three small tables. This building is equipped with multiple elevators for easy access.

PARKING

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the north parking garage. Parking passes and wristbands must be picked up onsite from the front desk upon arrival. Guests can pre-register using a unique link sent with your check-in instructions and the cost is around $105.

Laketown Wharf provides 24-hour onsite Security year-round for the safety and comfort of guests.

THE AREA

If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrews State Park. ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
