Take your vacation to the next level with The Blue Haven: a stunning, luxurious 3/3 beachfront condo at Edgewater with west-facing, huge wrap-around balcony on the 6th floor in tower 2.

Featuring all new furniture and furnishings, The Blue Haven offers nearly 2,000 square feet of luxury for the best in beachfront vacationing. It's positioned in Tower 2 of the amazing Edgewater, on the 6th floor at the west end. Step out onto the huge wrap-around balcony for your morning coffee or the best in Panama City Beach sunsets.

Inside The Blue Haven are two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, lots of closet space, and private access to the wrap-around balcony.

The third bedroom has two queen beds, and access to the central bathroom.

The living room is extremely spacious with a large white leather sectional and two barrel leather swivel chairs to watch the waves roll in. Enjoy the Sonos system and built-in speakers to enjoy your own music any time. The sectional has a pull out foam queen bed which sleeps two.

All bedrooms and the living room have HDTV for your enjoyment, and each bedroom includes with luggage racks and additional stand-fans for your comfort.

The kitchen features white cabinets with black hardware and a huge white quartz island that will seat 10 people! The 10 swivel bar stools and firecracker chandeliers make this space fun and inviting. Enjoy the beautiful view in two additional barrel leather swivel chairs. Also for your convenience, we have a washer and dryer and private wifi. We have a maximum of 10 guests (8 adults max).

Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Haven. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We cooked in quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bath towels were very soft, unlike most rentals. The deck was perfect with nice chairs and away from the noise of the pools. Overall an amazing stay. Communication was top notch and would definitely recommend this condo.

Great stay for the whole family

If you are thinking of staying here, do it! The condo itself is beautiful and clean and has so much space! We stayed here with family friends and had a total of 4 adults and 5 children ages 7-17 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Edgewater property has something for everyone. The kids loved the lagoon pool and splash pad. The teens loved the poolside entertainment and karaoke night. Being a gated community, we felt safe giving the teens a little freedom to walk around by themselves. The view in this condo is breathtaking. All of us adults just naturally woke up early everyday to sit on the balcony to drink coffee and take in the view. Carla, the property manager is excellent to work with. She is fast to respond and everything about the checking in and out process is very organized. We never had to wonder or question what to do. We are very much looking forward to our next stay at this property!

Great stay for a dance competition

My family of 5 rented this for a dance competition and the condo was just as depicted online. Very clean and the ocean front view was amazing. Loved sitting on the patio at night with a glass of wine.

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful ocean views! Property was updated, bright and very clean. The Beds and pillows were comfortable. The Linens were bright white and upgraded. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating around the kitchen island for a home cooked meal or family game night. Owners take pride in their unit and care about your comfort and enjoyment for a wonderful time at the beach.

Perfectly set up for a group stay!

Our visit was for an event at the convention center, and this condo was PERFECTLY PLACED for access to the bridge to the convention center, the beach, the restaurant, and the pool. Our group consisted of 3 moms and 3 9-year old girls, and we each had our own room and bathroom with ample space. The open living areas and balcony access also allowed for ample together time! We loved this fully stocked, clean, and comfortable condo, and truly felt we had a home for our busy week away!

Great unit and owners

One of the best experiences we’ve had staying in a condo at the beach. Unit was very well appointed and met all of our needs and then some. Location was great and communication with the owners was fantastic. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to pcb.

Great time on the beach!

Our extended family of ten (2 grandparents, 3 adults and 5 kids) stayed for about a week at this property. It was exactly as listed. The property was beautiful, location was great, beach was awesome! Carla was very responsive and her directions were very thorough. We had no complaints at all!

PCB Vaction

We very much enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. The condo was clean, stocked well enough for us to cook one of the nights, and the view was beyond perfect. Carla was very responsive about anything we needed to know or questions we had, which helped our trip to go smooth. We will certainly be checking for availability on our next PCB trip. The one issue that we did have with the condo was not just this condo, but the complex as a whole. (Probably one that the owners association will need to tackle to fix) Our balcony had several gaps in the railings that were more than large enough for our two year old to fit her entire body through. Since we were on the 6th floor, this was terrifying for us and we weren’t able to let her out on any of the balconies without being held or without an adult holding her hand. Again- this is an entire complex issue, not just this condo. We did alert the owner and she did have maintenance come to the condo to check. They did say that they were going to have a few of the rails replaced or fixed. I don’t post this as a deterrence to rent the condo, but rather so that anyone will know to hold their child or their hand in the entire complex if they are small like our baby. I’m positive that Carla will at least have it taken care of in Blue Haven.

I have been staying at Edgewater for over 20 years and this is the nicest unit I have ever stayed in. The remodel is unbelievable! We had a blast! Room for all of us! Beds super comfy and the unit was very clean! The most beautiful views of the sunsets too! We all agreed we will be back!

Home Away from Home

Our stay at Blue Haven was nothing short of heavenly! From the flawless advanced communication with owners, exquisite amenities, comfortable beds and the fabulous views, this is definitely our new vacation go to. Pictures do not do this end unit condo justice! Beautifully decorated, fully loaded and the best wraparound balcony we have experienced, Blue Haven isn't missing a thing! Edgewater Resort was a great selection for our children & ourselves. Do yourself a favor and book this fabulous condo for your next PCB vacation!

Family trip to Edgewater.

We just returned last week from Edgewater. The condo is beautiful, very spacious, and the condo was very clean. Edgewater is one of our favorite resorts and this condo lives up to everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The condo looks exactly as pictured. We will definitely stay again if it is available when we go to Panama City Beach.
