  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Good Property/ Unit needs updated

Property was great minis on day the elevators didnt work. When you are on a higher floor that makes for a long day. The unit was okay. The outlets were loose and cracked, there was some mold on the ceiling and we found a roach on our last night. Our fridge didnt work for the first few day we were there. The beds were horrible and not comfortable. You move wrong and the head board would slam into the wall had to shove a blanket between the wall and headboard to actuall sleep. They were like sleeping on plywood. The unit was spacious but needs updates to improve guest experiences. Overall it was an okay/good stay minus the few issues.

Family Vacation

We had three rooms and we all felt safe and happy with the children. The units were clean and it was easy to visit between our units. Very spacious. The beds weren't at our comfort level, but we loved having the washer and dryer and the equipped kitchen. The view was wonderful. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins. I would for sure stay there again.

Our stay

It has great ocean views, the whole place was pretty clean. Definitely needs more towels and new mattresses. The mattresses where absolutely horrible, very thin and no padding, extremely hard. Even our kids had painful backs after sleeping on them. They should warn their guest that you need to bring beach chairs, and umbrella. None of that is there for you unless you want to spend a lot of money to rent them. Also information of how to get the parking pass to get in and park, we didn’t have that information and spent $50 on parking. When we got to the room there was 2 parking passes on the counter. The pools where great, the views where great, our sleep was very little but we had a great time in the sun.
