Emerald Beach condominio 2031 è di 2 camere da letto (entrambe con letti king size) + area a castello 2 letti singoli, un divano letto matrimoniale con 2 bagni completi. C'è un ampio balcone con vista meravigliosa da questa unità al 20 ° piano.

Emerald Beach è un vero resort per le vacanze, con Bellman Service e non solo un complesso condominiale. Si tratta di un complesso fronte oceano situato a 1 miglio a ovest di Pier Park con i migliori servizi di qualsiasi resort in piscine multiple PCB. Area per famiglie 2 piscine e vasche idromassaggio a piedi in piscina e Kids Splash Zone e snack bar. Un grande Tiki Bar presso la grande piscina riscaldata sul lato della spiaggia. Tutte le piscine hanno vasche idromassaggio accanto a loro.

C'è una caffetteria Starbucks e una gastronomia, lo Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge nella passerella sopra la strada dai 2 garage molto grandi. Vasche idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco sono sul sito che non si trovano in altri complessi.

Altre caratteristiche dell'unità:
  - Master Suite ha un letto king size, ampia area salotto e tavolo a bovindo con vista sull'oceano e TV a schermo piatto .
- La seconda camera da letto ha un letto king size TV a schermo piatto

Condo was clean and just as described. A bit snug for 8 of us- 6 adults and 2 kids- but we made it work. Was easy to book and enjoy! A bit difficult to find the condo at first- but the front desk was so helpful with that. After that- it was easy sailing!!!The view was amazing- we enjoyed the sunsets- and watching the storm roll in. I loved the balcony- it was a great spot for some relaxing and listening to the waves. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beach

The resort is lively and in a great location. The ocean was turquoise and the water was clear and beautiful. Have chairs and an umbrella provided was great. Make sure you have the right garage code upon arrival. The condo was nice, but could have been stocked better. We also found old food in the cabinet above the stove. It was very spacious and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend putting some rugs down to prevent sand in your beds. The master bed was HARD as a board (some people may like that) and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But other than that, the condo was good. We enjoyed the beach and Starbucks on property.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

Fall Break

The condo was just as described and was wonderful for our family. We only had a few things that were issues. The screen on the sliding glass door was ripped when we got there, thankfully not a lot of bugs this time of year (probably because of the wind tunnel it creates when you have it open). The entry door and the master bedroom door both “stick” and are hard to open/close, but that’s very minor. Everything else was great!!

Good for the money

The condo is how it is described. There are a few things that could use some repair. The door to the master is busted at the bottom, the towel rack falls down in the master bath and the toilet paper holder needs replaced. There was some staining on the chair cushions and the comforters for the bunk beds were stained (I did call about it and they brought replacements the next day). A piece of advice go to the stand on the beach early your 1st morning to get your chairs. Overall a decent place for the cost.

Needs a couple of things but love the location.

We have stayed here for about 15 years now. First time to stay in this room. Room was not cleaned well. Microwave had food all in it, spilled gel in bathroom drawer and floor was sandy. Master bed was not comfortable… comforter dirty with looked to be blood stain on it. If room was cleaned well and new mattress we would stay again. Convenient location and beautiful beach!

Great time and view

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay staff was excellent and so nice the room was very clean and spacious enjoyed the breathtaking view the only suggestion we have the mattress in the master is really hard it doesn’t give at all besides that everything was wonderful couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to enjoy the kid pool are was a win on double red flag days we are looking forward to coming back next year would definitely stay here again thank you all for great memories

Wonderful

The condo was amazing, more beds then we had need for. Could use some additional bed covering, very clean. Dishes for everything we needed. Enough towels and linens. Back door and front door had some trouble getting them to lock. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would love to book again in the near future.

Spring break!

I really loved the view of the property and the layout. I will say we didn’t get to check in at 4 because they weren’t done cleaning and I felt they rushed it because they knew we were there so some things didn’t seem so clean; oh and we got locked out because our battery in the lock died so we waited for maintenance. I would stay here again though, it’s in a good location, nice pool areas as well. I didn’t really have to communicate with the owners other than calling the emergency line over us being locked out! Thanks!

Condo was misleading

The property and amenities were good but the actual condo itself was not. The sofa bed springs were broken so we had to purchase an air mattress. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were like a piece of paper. There was very limited silverware, cooking utensils and pans. Everything was bare minimum.

My friends and I loved staying at this destination! The condo was very clean with a beautiful ocean view. It was in a very convenient location and is close to many restaurants. I do think that the furniture, especially the couches, needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Other than this, our stay was great!

PCB is Heaven...

We had a lot of fun in spite of the rainy weather. Next time we will go later in the year. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. The cleaning people are clearly outstanding. Everything worked as it should. Overall it was just a very relaxing week and we had a lot of fun.

Great stay- beautiful sunsets

Very nice condo rental. Clean, comfortable, and amazing views of the PCB sunset. Loved that the Sky Bar had karaoke two nights per week- very entertaining as there seems to be a decent amount of regulars and the bartender is friendly. The elevator situation in the building can be pretty confusing but you'll get the hang of it after a time or two. Overall, a great stay and would stay here again.
