It offers stunning ocean views and is only 100 steps from the beach. Emerald Seas is a 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom on the west end of Panama City Beach.This house offers your family everything you need and more for the perfect summer vacation!

Emerald Seas is great for large families, friends or small groups. It sleeps 8 very comfortably. The master bedroom sits on the second floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean. Aside from its peaceful ocean views, this master suite contains a small sitting area, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, adjoining bath with walk-in shower and garden tub. Boasting privacy and comfort all in one!

Upon entry to Emerald Seas, is a comfortable and spacious first floor living area that flows directly into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen provides all that you need for preparing a gourmet meal while on vacation. An elegant dining area includes seating for 8, plus 3 additonal seats at the breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a powder bath and laundry room/mudroom, which allows easy access to the outdoor shower. Also off the kitchen is the first floor bedroom. This room contains a queen bed, private bathroom with access to the outdoor patio. Come sit and have a glass of wine around the firepit in the evening or enjoy a cold beer while grilling local seafood.

Stairs leading to the second floor living area give a beautiful view of the houses namesake, Emerald Seas. The second floor living area also has its own porch with stunning ocean views. It contains a spacious and comfortable living area with sofa, day bed, flat screen TV, bar/coffee area, and beverage fridge. Down the hall to the master bedroom is the bunk room with sliding barn door. The bunk room contains 4 twin beds with their own reading light. Perfect set-up for your teenagers. The second floor also contains a full bath off the hall next to the bunk room.

A spiral staircase beckons you to the third floor observation room. The cupola offers a deck with stunning views of the ocean and coastline. This floor also has a comfortable sofa to curl-up and dive into that summer reading. In the opposite corner is a desk neatly situated and is ideal for chipping away at that remote office work.

This beach-home-away-from-home, can provide you and your family with everything you need! This home is situated across from every convenience. The beach is directly across the street, Carousel Supermarket is within walking distance and provides a premium selection of foods, wine, liquor, and gifts. Thomas Donut & Snack Shop is also within walking distance and is a definite must visit during your stay. They provide in-door seating for breakfast, window service, and picnic tables to enjoy your beach treat. Make sure you get there early! Winn Dixie and Publix are also available options.

To the east is Pier Park and is just a few miles from the house. The park provides a variety of shopping and dining options. SkyWheel ferris wheel gives excellent and memorable views of the area. The movie theater at Pier Park gives a great option for those rainy beach days. To the west is scenic 30A which also offers quaint little shopping and dining options.

Emerald Seas Villa is situated in a family oriented residential area, therefore we do not rent to students or minors. There is no smoking and we do not allow pets. We only offer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer. Email us and include your phone number for more information!
