We provide self-check-in for your convenience, so you can arrive at your own pace and start your vacation stress-free!


For safety and security, the home has three exterior cameras: a doorbell camera at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one monitoring the backyard (including the lounge furniture, grill, fire pit, and hot tub). Cameras are exterior only. The home also has a noise monitor that measures sound levels only and does not record audio.

☆PETS☆

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you, but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lie on if your pet prefers that.

Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at checkout. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!
