Sotto nuova proprietà, il tuo condominio è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione con NUOVA vernice sui muri e armadi da cucina, NUOVE lenzuola (lenzuola / biancheria da letto / asciugamani) e NUOVE arti decorative e accessori. Quindi PRENOTA ORA ed essere uno dei primi ad affittare questo condominio appena aggiornato!

Le foto rappresentano l'aspetto del condominio PRIMA della ristrutturazione. Nuove foto del condominio aggiornato verranno pubblicate una volta che sarà pronto per l'affitto, a partire da sabato 4 maggio, giusto in tempo per Cinco de Mayo!

Arroccato al piano superiore, questa unità d'angolo si trova nell'edificio più vicino al Villaggio a Rosemary Beach. Quindi essere a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti a Seacrest E Rosemary! Inoltre, il piano superiore significa che non ascolterai alcun rumore di passi sopra e dovrai limitare un solo vicino come unità d'angolo.

Il tram GRATUITO di solito passa ogni 20-30 minuti durante l'alta stagione (maggio, giugno, luglio). We had a truly wonderful stay at the 30A condo. The space was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beautiful Rosemary Beach, cafes and restaurants, the Farmer’s Market, and a lovely pool area.We’re already looking forward to returning next year, and we’re even thinking of bringing a few friends along to share the experience. A heartfelt thank you to Stacy for making our stay so pleasant!

The condo was perfect and fitted our needs very well.. The condo was very spacey and clean upon arrival.. Few tips:Go to the public beach up the street and not the private beach. The private beach is too busy and packed, literally no place to set up chairs. Not big deal just don't waste your time on private beach.Renting bikes is a must, we did this the first day there for the week and it was great. We rode our bikes everywhere including the public beach... The front of the buildings have a band at night and bar and small pop up restaurants, very fun. We will definitely will be back as this experience was great. Definitely 5 star host !

We had a wonderful week-long vacation with our family of six (two adults and four children)! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly and literally on 30A! We loved the location - close to Peddler’s Pavilion, restaurants, and shops - and especially appreciated the access to the beautiful pool and private Seacrest Sunset beach area that was a few blocks away.The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler provided were a huge help. We also had a car and enjoyed exploring different public beach access points like Inlet, Grayton, Laguna, and Panama City Beach. We visited Seaside and PCB by car, and loved walking and biking around Rosemary Beach and along 30A.We cooked most of our meals in the condo and used the grills by the pool several times. A quick note for future guests: the unit includes a very small starter supply of essentials like soap, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent - enough for a day or two. If you're staying longer or plan to cook frequently, you’ll want to bring or purchase extras like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, oil, spices, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, zip-locs and plastic wrap.That said, we had a great experience overall! The 30A area is unique when it comes to beach access, but we found it easy to navigate - and it encouraged us to get out and explore even more of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Thank you for a great week!

Had a great week staying at this Village condo! It was the perfect location with two small kids and having all of the amenities within walking distance. The golf cart tram to and from the beach was awesome! However, the beach was sometimes a little overcrowded so we went to the public beach twice during our stay. It was also a holiday week so probably more crowded than normal. Overall, a positive experience!

Incredible Stay and Spot!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! Access to all of the amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The tram was awesome getting to and from Seacrest beach! Condo was very spacious and clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver. Below condo is an awesome grocery store with eventing you could need. Quick walk to Rosemary. Numerous places to eat within the complex and all were amazing! Hosts were great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again.

We enjoyed a week long vacation at this wonderful property! The condo is located above stores in the main hub of Seacrest Beach. It is located a stone's throw from Rosemary Beach, which was a short, shaded walk down the street. The area is magnificent, with wide sidewalks on 30a that encourage walking, bike riding, and morning runs. The unit itself was on the third floor and had access to an elevator. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and newer appliances. All of the TVs and extra amenities were functional, and they owner supplied beach chairs, towels, and toys for the renters. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet during our stay, and the owner responded quickly and had it fixed the following morning.The complex itself was nice and clean. The pool was located directly behind the unit, which was convenient. There was also a shuttle service to and from the beach. My only complaint was that the deeded beach access for the complex was very small, so everyone was on top of each other. We ended up driving down to Inlet Beach, which had a public access and only 5 minutes away. It was a lot less crowded, and the sand and water was just as nice.There were a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance, but be forewarned, this area is expensive. A Starbucks coffee was 10 if that gives you an idea. Entry-level entrees at a lower-end restaurant was 20, so keep that in mind when planning your vacation.Overall, this was a great vacation!

First beach trip with a baby!

This is an amazing property for our family (my daughter, her husband, their 2 month old, my husband, and me)!!! We brought our own pack and play for the baby and the master bedroom is so large it fit with plenty of room to spare! Plus there was a diaper geni provided, which was very nice to have! The appliances are top of the line and we cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and had a great nights’ sleep! The property contact was so easy to reach and very accomadating. The tram was easy to use to get back and forth from the beach, the property had everything needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even a backpack cooler) - we made sandwiches and took them, snacks and drinks in the cooler.* The one thing to note if you do rent here, is only one roll of toilet paper per a bathroom is provided and for some reason hair conditioner is provided, but not shampoo. Also, I missed that there is not dishwasher detergent and only one pack of laundry detergent. But the good news is there is a small market on the ground floor that sells Tide pods for a 1 each, Cascade pods for a 1.50 each, small shampoo, and a 4 pack of Toilet paper for a little over 6. The man who runs the shop says he’s got what you forgot

The condo is actually nicer than the pictures show! We were completely satisfied. The location is great. Easy walk to Rosemary restaurants & Alys Beach. The tram to get to the beach was easy to use and the pool was awesome! We would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect for my hubby and I. Its such a lovely place to stay in such a relaxing neighborhood. They had everything you could want for the beach so that made it super easy! The only thing I would recommend is blackout shades in the master so I could’ve slept in a little later on vacation but thats being nitpicky. Otherwise, perfect!

We had the best time in this condo! The location is unbeatable, and my toddler LOVED dancing in the courtyard every night. The beach walk is easily done, with a nice path the entire way, and we were literal steps away from Rosemary Beach. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time. The place was spotless with lots of extras for the beach which was helpful. Excellent location in the middle of it all, easily walkable (or bike) to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants and shopping.

Amazing

The place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is wonderful, clean and has everything you could possibly need. You really can’t beat the location either. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. We visited on the off season when the beach tram wasn’t running and the walk was very shorty as well. The beach is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back!
