Questo spazioso condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni attende con ansia il vostro arrivo! Perfettamente situato a pochi passi dalla sabbia con una maestosa vista sull'oceano dal 17 ° piano.

Emerald Isle si trova all'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Panama City, a pochi minuti da Pier Park. Letti king size nel master e nella seconda camera da letto. Divano letto queen size nella zona giorno. Sia la camera da letto principale che il soggiorno si affacciano sull'oceano. Cucina completamente attrezzata. TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere. Great Beach Trip

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was well maintained and very clean. The complex was also very well taken care of. It had one of the cleanest pools we have seen at the beach. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle Resort. The unit was beautiful & we liked the blue tones that flowed with the ocean hues. The balcony was huge & we loved the view from the 17th floor. There were four elevators & it was not a problem to go & come. We liked that there was a sofa bed so we had plenty of sleeping room. There were a couple of issues, but the owner has someone on site & they were handled in a timely manner. I will say (and this is no reflection on the owner) that Emerald Isle is very strict about wearing your wristband & absolutely no beverages by the hot tub or pool. I understand about the wristbands, but to not be able to sip on water from a plastic bottle is a little extreme. But we had a wonderful time!

Our stay was good in itself. We enjoyed our vacay and will do it again. Condo was excellent with only minor complaints…1. Floors do need a thorough cleaning (ie sand in carpet just try to get a little of it out of the carpet. Probably asking a lot on this but. 2. Tile floors need to be swept/vacuumed and MOPPED. Our feet were black from walking on the dirty floors. 3. Could use a new mattress on king bed wasn’t bad but worn. Other than these 3 issues it was great.

Emerald Isle 1708

Would highly recommend this condo! It was spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is bringing extra bath towels. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days with 3 adults and one toddler and didn’t have near enough towels. Other than that, it was perfect! The view is amazing from the 17th floor. Please pay attention to the rip currents and red/double red flags. There was a guest from this condo who was pulled out by the rip current and unfortunately did not survive. The flags are no joke. Thank you for a great stay Helen!

Great property!

We loved our time here. Clean and well-maintained property with easy access to the beach. Loved that it included beach chairs and umbrella at no additional cost. Quiet part of the beach so it was not overcrowded. Loved the huge balcony for breakfast and sunsets! Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Getaway

Overall the condo was great. Dislikes: Mattress in bedroom next to balcony was very uncomfortable, could use a replacement. Bedroom next to balcony TV wouldn’t work. And the toilet in that bathroom was not attached properly and it would move when used. Some kitchen outlets did not work. The balcony was awesome.

First Vacation!

This was our first vacation and was a little nervous about the whole process. After the long drive, Helen and the staff at the Emerald Isle made checking and getting everything we needed so easy! Not to mention the unit was clean, the view was beautiful and the everywhere we needed to go was close. We plan to come back to panama and will use Helen again!

Overall a good stay.... Great Hostess! It does need a little updating and some tlc but the ocean view is beautiful! Though you may get chased off your balcony occasionally for the smokers in the other units :/ Very chill vibe.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has a pretty good size kitchen and living area. King size beds and 2 bathrooms. The water pressure was awesome. But the best thing about it was the big balcony with awesome view of the beautiful ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Great Find!

My wife and I are April/May regulars in PCB but we usually stay close to Pier Park and/or Sharky's, where there is a lot of activity. We decided to try Emerald Isle and be a little farther away from the crowds, and this property did not disappoint! The condo and views are fantastic, Helen is great to work with, and the beach service is perfect (and the chairs stay out longer!). Would absolutely stay here again!

Little piece of heaven

This condo was such a jewel to find at PCB. The balcony was amazing! We watched manta rays, turtles, and dolphins swim down the clear waters from the 17 th floor balcony view. The condo is perfect size for a party of 5. If we return to PCB, we will stay here again.

Cleanliness issues

We are long term and frequent users of VRBO for numerous beach rentals from Destin to PCB. We rely heavily on both pictures and guest reviews when choosing rentals, and have never been let down in the past. So, based on numerous positive reviews of this unit, finding this situation was a surprise to us. The exterior of the Emerald Isle building is well maintained and visually pleasing. The pool area is excellent and has an outdoor pool, a huge hot tub, and an indoor / outdoor pool. Access to beach is very close and convenient. Entry into the condo unit gives an initial impression of a simple but tastefully decorated unit with a nicely updated kitchen and a huge balcony with lots of seating. However several significant cleanliness issues became quickly apparent. Both comforters were worn out, had visible stains, and a noticeable unclean smell. A pillow case had a stain that appeared to be blood. Bathroom towel had a large stain. Some air vents had a thick grimy coating, others had what appeared to be black mold. Corners and edges of tub surrounds had black mold. Most of the upholstered furniture was dirty and stained. Items from previous guests were found under furniture in two rooms indicating a less than thorough floor cleaning between guests. There was a sticky grimy coating on both remote controls and the areas surrounding cabinet and drawer pulls. If cleanliness is high on your priority list this is not the rental for you. A deep professional cleaning, updated clean linens, and a few furniture updates would bring this rental appropriately into its price range.

Nice stay with Amazing Views!

Nice condo with amazing view! Need some bakeware, there is none. Only one TV out of three was working, but that's okay, did not go to PCB to watch TV. Helen is awesome to deal with. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for a much needed beach "fix!!"

View was amazing the balcony was huge. One set of towels just isn't enough I felt like all I did was wash towels. More towels and wash clothes would be great. Beach chairs were not set out on cloudy/rainy days. Alot of days it cleared up and no chairs. But other than what I mentioned everything was great

Great condo!

Stayed here in August 2021 for a week. Loved the location & the condo! Great views, easy to get to & very comfortable! Only change I would make is to add a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. Other than that, it was fantastic! Spent a lot of time on the balcony watching turtles & dolphins!
