Unità è dotata di controsoffitti in granito in cucina, bagno padronale e per gli ospiti, nuove piastrelle di aspetto in legno in tutto, i trattamenti di finestra in tutto, docce piastrellate walk-in in entrambi i bagni. tv a schermo piatto in soggiorno e due camere da letto.

Vuoi una vacanza di una vita in Paradiso? Non ti piacerebbe trascorrere qualche tempo in questo fantastico oceano davanti casa lontano da casa. SET GRATUITO DI SEDIE SPIAGGIA (due sedie con un ombrellone) per il tuo divertimento dal 15 marzo al 15 ottobre.
Questa unità si trova a Watercrest Condominium Resort situato su Thomas Drive. Ha un grande involucro intorno balcone con una splendida vista sul golfo, dove è possibile guardare branchi di delfini o semplicemente sedersi e godersi la marea andare e venire sulle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size con bagno privato e condivide anche avvolgono balcone. La camera ha due letti queen-size con un balcone privato con vista sui campi da shuffleboard e tennis con un grande bagno annesso. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e arredata con mobili di ciliegio.

Facciamo uno sforzo in più per essere sicuri che la nostra unità è pulito e ben attrezzate. Vogliamo che tornare anno dopo anno. I nostri ospiti sono più importanti per noi, che siamo dipende da voi. Associazione non specifica i single di età inferiore ai 25 sono autorizzati a noleggiare questo condominio. NESSUNA ECCEZIONE. Relaxing Week

We had a greet time at this amazing property ! It was spotless! Everything was perfect! Beautiful balcony view with good seating and plenty of room. We opted to cook in most nights and had all the pots pans dishes etc we could need! Loved the beds-everyone in our family said they slept great! They were so comfortable! Also loved using the closer elevator to our unit that was for floor 1-6! We have stayed at Watercrest before and was on much higher floor and spent a lot of time waiting on elevator ect -but not once did we have to this stay! Great property and very well maintained! We loved it! Thanks for a great family vacation !

We have stayed at the Watercrest several times over the years and this was our favorite condo we have stayed in. The balcony is great and offers so much extra room. The amenities were great and this was one of the best stocked places we have stayed for kitchen items. Would highly recommend for families and will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!

We have stayed in this condo before and there is a reason for that. The condo unit is very nice, up to date and has great amenities. Also Connie is wonderful to deal with. We look forward to staying again in this condo.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is absolutely wonderful. We love the location. We have stayed here many times in the past. It is always VERY clean and well stocked. The balcony that wraps around the side of the building is very nice. The owner is always very pleasant. We enjoy visiting year after year.

Best Condo at PCB!

Overall 5 star experience. Cleanest, coziest, and most stocked condo I’ve ever stayed at PCB and my family visits every year. Connie was great. Love the Thomas Drive area. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Very cozy unit

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout was great, the furniture was comfortable (the beds were heaven!), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There are always pros and cons at a location, mostly due to personal preference, so these might not matter to you, but I wanted to point them out nonetheless: Pros: -4 elevators at your disposal -Very comfortable beds -Kids room wasn't in the front, close to a walkway (this setup made me less anxious, as most condos have the guest room by the door with a window next to the walkway.) -Property was well-tended and security was present and interacted with guests -Free chairs were a blessing (make sure to reserve as soon as you get there to get a front row spot. Caleb was a delight.) -Condo maintained it's temp (I know they're sometimes hard to keep cool) and the sliding doors were awesome. Heavy, but they slid easily. -Updated bathrooms -The pool was a cool temp...we were shocked. It was very refreshing without being cold. Cons: -Master bath was smaller and harder to use (you had to squeeze behind toilet to close the door and get in the shower). But the guest bath was really big, so we almost exclusively used that one. It had plenty of room for the four of us. -Mesh on the railings blocked the beautiful views of the water when seated. -Because of the location of the patio, you don't get a view to the right (you look in a neighbors window), which means you also don't get the breeze of being in the front. -There is also an open field to the left, which provided some entertainment if you were on the patio early enough to watch. -Bar down the street had a live band a few nights of the week, which was actually nice to listen to (you COULDN'T hear it inside...) but there was a guy who rode his motorcycle back and forth popping wheelies and making a lot of noise, which ruined the quiet vibe. -The elevator closest to the condo was super scary...I refused to go in a second time. It was literally banging off the walls at each floor. The security guard told us he'd rescued somebody from it earlier that day. Luckily there were other options. My husband said they fixed it. This is a really lovely place, and if you don't spend a lot of time on the patio like we do, this is a great choice for a family. Some of these things are outside of the control of the owners, I know. Connie was very helpful and responsive.

Experienced some issues

Room was late getting ready. Elevators were sketchy as far as working while we were there. Parking was quite tight and limited especially late at night when we returned home. On a positive note the master shower was clogged and was repaired as soon as it was reported to maintenance.

Smaller property with less crowds

This was our 2nd stay at the Watercrest. We enjoy being on a smaller property with less crowds. The pool and beach are easily accessible and my favorite place, St Andrew’s state park is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the large kitchen and wrap around balcony. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out.

Another wonderful stay...

We love this condo. Not only is the location more peaceful it is a short distance to some of our favorite restaurants closer to the marina. I always appreciate how clean this unit is! One of the things we like most is the large side wrap balcony. This unit is nextdoor to public beach parking area so no condo is directly next to obscure your view. Connie is very responsive and such a pleasure to work with.

10/10 Highly recommend!!!

This condo was wonderful! There was only one thing that I wish had been better during our stay & that had zero to do with the condo, but the buildings elevator on our side was a bit sketchy and small. It made sounds that made us feel u sure we’d reach our destination, but it always worked. Now re: this condo (601) - BEAUTIFUL! Beautifully decorated, much prettier than the pics. Fully stocked kitchen with more than you could ever need. Convenient washer/dryer duo just off the kitchen. The beds were sent from Heaven! Extra pillows in the closets, even fans for people like me who need the noise. Would highly recommend! 24hr security, who actually like their jobs. Owners/renters/employees were all very kind. Communication with Connie was fabulous! I’m someone with very high expectations & this stay exceeded them in every possible way. Hope to return!!

Perfect Location

This 6th story condo was the near perfect location in PCB. The condo was just as described in the VRBO photos and entry/re-entry was very reliable and straightforward. This condo would sleep three couples comfortably for a couple weeks if needed. Owner also messages you back almost immediately. I would definitely stay again if coming back to PCB.

Excellent Condo

This condo was so clean and the decor was excellent. The kitchen was was very well stocked with all the dishes and utensils, bathrooms were stocked with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes an very modern. The condo location is in a favorite section of PCB for us, well away from the crazy middle of town so great for families yet close enough to do all the fun normal PCB activities. The property had a very nice section of beach, heated pool and hot tub with 2 padded beach chairs included which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying in this location.
