wonderful back yard for pets and for relaxing or eating outside. Very nicely decorated. Excellent well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to beach. Everything provided for beach as well. Umbrella, Chairs etc.

The cottage was perfect. We loved the back yard and so did our dog. The front porch was great for morning coffee. The beach was a quick drive and had no problem finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Loved our stay at this cute little property. Clean and convenieny located close to a less crowded part of the beach and quieter part of town. Exactly what we needed for a.little getaway! Would absolutely want to stay here for any future visits to the area.

Charming beach house

We had a great time. The host is friendly and communicates very well. The house is a great location- a short walk to the beach and less traffic than other places. Lots of people there had golf carts. It’s very pet friendly and has all sorts of pet amenities. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and hot water for showers. Lovely little back yard with a grill and a cute screened in front porch that was great on the rainy days. There’s a Publix a few miles down the road and a great little breakfast/lunch restaurant you can walk to. The beach is huge so no issues with getting a spot to set up. It’s close to Camp Helen and Pier Park. Love this area and would stay here again.

Fantastic Cottage

Awesome place to stay at Panama City Beach. Nice neighborhood and close to beach access. Cottage was nicely furnished and decorated. Screened front porch and nice backyard for our fur baby. I definitely recommend this host for your stay.

Great, dog-friendly spot!

Things were made very easy for checking in and they were very responsive on the questions we had. The family and pups loved the place, and especially the backyard! What really made it stand out was the extra amenities (music collection with their record player, and loved the herb and vegetable garden, along with the spices). We look forward to staying here again!

Sunnyside Cottage

4 adults plus dogs were down primarily for a chartered fishing trip. Everything about the property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and well supplied. The enclosed backyard was a huge plus. Access to beaches was a short walk and easy enough. Communication with the host was timely, consistent and accurate. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Doggie perfect!

This was probably the cleanest rental house we’ve ever stayed in—I never got that usual icky feeling I experience at other places. We brought our two French bulldogs and loved having the fenced backyard, so they could roam freely without any worries. Overall, we had a great stay with easy beach access and plenty of dining options nearby. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and they even had fresh herbs and tomatoes growing in the backyard!

Comfortable and Relaxing

A perfect cottage with a beautiful yard and everything we could have needed. This was our 2nd time staying and it was exactly what we remembered. A short walk to the beach and a perfect spot for us and our dogs to relax and unwind! Will always stay here if it’s available when we return!!

Perfect weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean on arrival, everything was even better than advertised. Lana has so many nice touches for travelers little extras that so many places don’t provide. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there and the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and while being a smaller place there was plenty of room for us to visit with our daughter and her boyfriend that live close by. I couldn’t have asked for easier communication from a host. Lana was very kind and let us know, without being asked, that we could check in early, made sure we were aware of bad weather coming our way and checked to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We truly enjoyed the home and felt very comfortable there.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This house was adorable, close to the beach and was so perfectly stocked with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. The house was updated, very clean, had very nice fenced in backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture. We are hoping to visit again next year.

L & L beach cottage

We had a great stay here. The house was supplied with tons of kitchen and bathroom extras. The back yard is fully fenced-in for dogs to run freely on the greenest grass on the street. We enjoyed the location too.

Wonderful cottage!

My husband and i went for a short getaway after Christmas with our pups. Wonderful location with very well stocked kitchen and baths. Clean and comfortable. Great fenced backyard and nice screened porch. Will definitely be going back. Beach only 2 blocks away. Loved it!!

Sweet spot!

Enjoyed our stay and the host was great. Location is in a good area and has two close beach access points. Also close to all the places we visit on 30A. 15-20 min drive for us in August. Highly recommend and will return. Pet friendly also.

AMAZING!!!

The location of the house was convenient for us to walk to and from the beach. The house was clean and tidy and stocked with items that we possibly needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy. I would recommend this host and house to all my family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely fantastic house

This property was everything claimed and more. My puppy lived the enclosed backyard and i lived the enclosed front screen porch. The herb and vegetable garden was very helpful also. Only 5 min. To beach and a great breakfast place the Sunnyside Grill. A must stay on next vacation.

Great House Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this house for over a week to attend Gulf Coast Jam and enjoy Panama City Beach. This was our second time to PCB so we are familiar with the area. We love the location of this house because it’s on the quiet ( West ) end, where the beaches aren’t too crowded. We were very happy that the house is only a short walk away from the beach. The house itself is awesome. Very clean and one of the most well equipped houses we have ever stayed at. The owners have thought of everything! We also enjoyed the screened in front porch, the back patio area, and the fenced in yard for our dogs was perfect for us. My wife and I both worked a couple of days and the internet speed handled it without issue. The communication from the owners was awesome. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at!
